Important information:

Please note that the use of the spa will incur an additional charge of EUR 17 per person for hotel guests. Towel and swimming cap are included in the price.

Children aged 15 years and below are not allowed to use the spa.

Please note that the spa is open on
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 17:00 to 20:00 (last entry)
- Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 to 13:00 (last entry)
- Wednesday and Sunday: 16:30 to 20:00 (last entry)

Please note that the spa is closed every Monday for weekly maintenance.

On Wednesdays and Sundays from 16:00 to 17:15, Family SPA is offered, where children aged 4 to 15 years can access the facilities accompanied by an adult (children under 16 are only allowed during this time).

Reservations of more than 5 rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional charges.

Half-board rates for Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year's Eve (31 December) include a gala dinner. Guests exceeding the maximum room capacity (including children) will be charged separately.

Acorde con las expectativas.
Pros:

Estuvo todo bastante correcto

Cons:

El jaleo de críos en la piscina, mas culpa de los padres que del hotel, y las pocas plazas de parking en el exterior, con el añadido, de que no hay plazas de aparcamiento cerca del hotel

La atención del spa, no tener un albornoz/toalla para poder bajar. No saber si cuando bajas va a haber sitio o no. La persona que nos atendió muy poco amable y resolutiva.

Bonito hotel de montanha.
Pros:

Bonito hotel com piscina interior e Spa. Muito bem situado em Benasque. Bom sistema de aquecimento nas casas de banho e muito bons lokers para esquis e botas com aquecimento destas.

Cons:

Deveria ter uns ganchos para pendurar casacos (junto à porta), muito úteis para quem faz ski. Deveria ter mais uma cadeira ou sofá nos quartos. Deveriam fornecer toalhas para a piscina.

Fin de semana en Benasque
Pros:

Las camas son comodas. La habitacion espaciosa y todo muy limpio. El desayuno esta bien. Y la ubicacion muy cercana al centro. En un paseo de 5 minutos estas en la calle principal.

Cons:

Hay pocas plazas exteriores para aparcar gratis. Pero tiene un gran parking de pago por 15 euros la noche.
