Overall the maintenence of the hotel is very poor,
Cons:

I asked for Hand wash Gel, which they did not have so they gave a soap instead. I asked for an Iron, they could not provide it. Aircondition control switch was not working, the temperature was preset at 19°C, I could not adjust the temperature of my room, I was shivering all night.

Pros:

Cleanliness, Nice breakfast

Cons:

They charged Rs 1700/- for extra bed though it was already booked for three persons though Booking.com. It was mentioned on the voucher that 3 person in 1 room.
Booking.com should avoid such type of hidden cost otherwise it is treated as cheating.

They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable

Pros:

Very nice location. Staff were really friendly. Hotel was almost to Western standard. Fantastic food.

Cons:

We had a slight problem with dirty bedsheets and it took a little while to get them changed. However the issue was resolved and the Head of Housekeeping personally apologised. This was the only issue we had.

Pros:

We loved the behavior of the staff. They were extremely courteous and polite and took good care of us. The food was of exceptional quality. Loved the taste and variety of food.

Cons:

I won't say that we didn't like but we feel the rooms could be better furnished with some more amenities. The rooms are spacious but there could be more tables and we didn't get a chair. The cupboard could be better sized. The plug points were insufficient.

Good stay. I will be back most definitely.

Very well behaved and helpful front desk.
Quick room service and in room dining.

Cons:

I was told that I would be getting a 15 per cent discount on food.
The invoice did not reflect any discount.

Pros:

The breakfast menu could be more varied. The menu didn't include specific attractions of Punjab. Limited healthy options. Tea and coffee were excellent. The live counter chefs required a lot of guidance for making simple dishes. Overall a great stay

Cons:

Room was nice and washroom facilities were also nice. Gym was badly managed. AC was not working. One treadmill was out of order. Weights were kept haphazardly and overall the gym was not very user friendly.
