Super, immer wieder!
Pros:

Wir sind froh das Ritz Carlton gebucht zu haben. Leider ziehen wir morgen schon wieder weiter nach fünf Nächten.
Es gibt an diesem Hotel (fast) nichts auszusetzen.
Die Zimmer sind super geräumig und lassen sich durch zwei Schiebetüren in einzelne Bereiche trennen (Wohnbereich, Schlafbereich und Badezimmer). Wenn man die Logik der Schalter erkundet hat, kann man auch überall das Licht an- und ausschalten.
Es gibt zwei Bereiche, die unabhängig von einander klimatisiert werden können. Wohnbereich und Schalfbereich. Der Terrassenbereich ist ordentlich groß.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Reisig und es sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Ich werde mein morgendliches Rührei mit Zwiebeln vermissen.
Die Servicekräfte sind zuvorkommend.
Baggies sind jederzeit verfügbar und bringen einen im Ressort von A nach B. Ein Anruf in der Rezeption genügt und spätestens nach fünf Minuten war ein Baggie da!

Alles in Allem würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir Koh Samui besuchen.

Cons:

Einzig und allein die Gäste am Pool, die meinen für drei Leute könnte man vier Liegen reservieren, haben uns genervt. Wenn wir um neun vom Frühstück kamen, waren bereits liegen mit Getränkeflaschen oder anderen Habseligkeiten reserviert. Hier würde ich als Management einen Riegel vorschieben, wie wir es im Mövenpick in Vietnam erlebt haben. Eine Stunde Liege nicht besetzt, dann wird die durch das Personal die Liege freigemacht.

Pros:

Breakfast was good except for the indian food item taste. Overall good spread of food.
Had the best rose lymphatic facial. My masseuse SAOW was excellent. First time I got a facial like this and loved it. Recommanded my family and friends.

Cons:

Didnt like the thai street food taste for the price not worth it. Some of the items were precooked and kept which didnt ghave the fresh taste. Very dry items. The service was slow not upto the mark. As for our room everything was good except the bathroom in the basin area was hot. No AC air was there. The breakfast area was overall hot. Fans are too slow to get any air. The decorations of the resturants could be better. I liked the Ritz in Langkawi better in some areas.
