No air conditioning at the breakfast, the buggy system to move around the property is a bit annoying

Le service était pas vraiment digne d’un ritz, on a dû attendre 1h30 pour avoir nos valise livrée dans la chambre. Pour le Nettoyage des chambres pas le top non plus vraiment le minimum qui a été fait.
It was our first visit to the Ritz Charlton in Koh Samui and to say that we were impressed is an understatement. The staff and service was unreal and they could not have been more accommodating, in particular the head of food and beverage Ping who made our trip very special.
The rooms were spacious and clean with a large terrace and pool, which was secluded from the other villas.
The restaurants provided some of the best Thai and Indian food we've ever tasted and the Michelin steak house is also an absolute must, if you enjoy a good fillet and some great red wine.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves to be around great welcoming staff and first class service.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, der Spa Bereich ist ein Traum. Das Personal hat uns unsere Zeit durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten magisch gemacht.
Der Strand ist nicht wirklich schwimmbar durch die ganzen Steine. Das Frühstücksbuffet gleicht einer Massenfütterung. Und zur Enttäuschung meiner Tochter gab es keinen Merch.
