Nagyon tetszett a szálloda elhelyezkedése kisgyerekes családként nagyon örültünk neki hogy a kids clubban a személyzet valóban foglalkozott és játszott a gyerekkel nemcsak a tévét mutatták neki. A medence hatalmas volt nagyon jó volt a hőmérséklete és szinte végig üres volt. Jókat lehet benne úszni. Az éttermek és az ételek rendkívül finomak voltak a személyzet mindenhol kimagaslóan kedves volt velünk.

We had an ultimate pool villa with a beautiful layout, amazing beach views nestled in quiet and exceptionally well maintained hotel grounds. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was top notch and the food in the restaurants was excellent.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui was a truly memorable experience. The resort is stunning — nestled into the hillside with sweeping ocean views and surrounded by lush greenery, it feels like a peaceful sanctuary.

Although we didn’t book a villa with a private pool, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful sea view room upon arrival. The view was breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional — every staff member was warm, professional, and eager to help. The room was immaculate, elegant, and comfortable, and we loved waking up to ocean views and birdsong each morning.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of Thai and international dishes in a lovely setting. We also really appreciated the daily Appreciation Hour from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., where guests can enjoy the “cocktail of the night” — a thoughtful and relaxing touch before dinner.

One of the highlights of our evenings was dining at Sea Breeze restaurant, where we enjoyed not only great food but also the fire show by the beach — such a magical way to end the day.

Though the resort is spread out, buggy service was prompt and efficient. We loved the peaceful, tucked-away location, which made it easy to unwind and truly disconnect.

We left feeling pampered and refreshed, with beautiful memories and a strong desire to return. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury, tranquility, and a few unique touches along the way.

This place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. We stayed in a pool villa which had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic, had everything you could want for breakfast. Hotel gym was great too! Taxis were easy to get to and from hotel to travel into main towns

Service levels were incredible, the staff were very thoughtful about small details and treat you like royalty. Beautiful hotel. Spa area is amazing! Everything was perfect, couldn’t recommend it more.

The room is excellent. Really large for two people, comfortable and lovely amenities.

We stayed with family to celebrate my 60th birthday, and from the moment we arrived the hotel staff went above and beyond to turn the entire week into one continuous celebration. No opportunity was missed — at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even in our room — to surprise me with cakes, singing, and beautifully decorated leaves with “Happy Birthday” written on them. It genuinely felt as though every single staff member knew and remembered my birthday throughout the week.

Even my sister, who joined us for the celebration, received a thoughtful card thanking her for choosing to stay at the hotel for my birthday. It’s these small, personal gestures that make such a big difference, and they truly made me feel incredibly special.

There are far too many staff members to single out, as every interaction was marked by exceptional service. However, I would like to mention Tanzi, the hotel manager, who was always happy to stop for a chat and check that everything was perfect.

My spa facial was outstanding — not only was the treatment itself sublime, but sharing the experience with my daughter in the same room made it even more memorable. Running a luxury hotel of this size cannot be easy, especially given the high (and sometimes unreasonable!) expectations of some guests — something we witnessed firsthand. The staff handled every situation with remarkable calm, professionalism, and respect.

Our room was exceptional in both size and amenities — we couldn’t have asked for more (aside from the unexpected tree snake that almost fell on me as I stepped outside one day!).

Thank you to everyone who made our stay truly unforgettable. It exceeded all expectations, and we will absolutely return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed 3 nights here. Property is huge. I think it’s the biggest resort on Samui. People and service are awesome. Especially front desk, breakfast, pool and meals…so just about everyone!! As an Ambassador elite, status was respected. Must use golf carts to get around the entire property. The design of several buildings is just plain odd. It’s a tough thing to change but we found the fengshui of the property to be off otherwise it would be top tier. Lots of great restaurant choices. Hotel is in a great location in the island.

i am Korean. so amazing exprience i have never seen before. i recommanded for everyone. room was so pretty good. and atmosphere made me calm. if i have chance to go to vacation, i always go to Ritz Carlton. thank you. and Som, Fon, Saan is very kind people. 🥹
