Nice property for the price, area is quite noisy but great value

10mins walk to kuta beach

There were many issues with the room we stayed in :
1. Broken washroom door hinges
2. Soap container not properly installed
3. Leaking cattle,
4. Noisy electrical system, need to turn OFF/ON to reset
5. TV only have (<10 channels) French, India & Chinese channels making it impossible to get news even in Indonesian

Location handy to beach, shops, restaurants. The cafe was closed, the laundry equipment not working. Room overlooked abandoned site, housekeeping slow, bathrooms such that it was impossible not to get water on the floor of the main area.

Très bon séjour, la résidence est bien situé tout à proximité, piscine agréable avec accessoires. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le style est aussi top.

Cute rooms though walls are VERY thin. Staff —some were not particularly welcoming. Beware; treat like a rental… I’ve started taking videos, checkout (and when I remember check in). They would not let me leave until they’d checked the room, lying and saying it’s just in case I forgot something. I showed my video, which left them speechless. I smell gaslighting.

Awesome and Cheap AS

Staff is very nice, room was small but clean. I notified the front desk about the consistent bad smell in the Front area of the hotel, maybe sewage problem.

Such an ideal place to stay. Will choose this place again!!

The hotel is a very modern hotel, appears to have been recently renovated. We really enjoyed our stay at Cara Cara, it was clean, the staff were helpful, it's in a great location just off the main street so it's quiet but still has a shop across the road and also has a lot of amenities, restaurant, laundry, pool, bar. I would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cara Cara Inn. With the option for breakfast, a beautiful pool and great relaxing spaces, walking distance to the beach and incredibly hospitable staff, I would highly recommend this place!

Breakfast was average.. acetate clean

The hotel was 'cheap and cheerful' which was fitting for the price. We only needed it for about 29 hours to sleep and rest in prior to heading to the airport.
It was close to shopping and restaurants and not to far to Kuta Beach.
It had the smallest bathroom I've ever seen, no room to dress and barely enough room to wipe yourself. The pool was too dirty to risk a swim and the restaurant, bar and laundry were out of action.
But it did the job for what we needed and the staff were really lovely. A solid 3 stars.

Elevator not working

It’s a good place but the cleanliness can be improved. Our bed linens are dirty with some stains. The room has not too much soundproof you could hear people snoring from next door. Haha!
Breakfast provided are so-so. But overall, it’s a good stay.

This is a hostel type property but surely does not feels like one. We booked a triple and double room, and it is quite spacious for the price. The bathroom is small but certainly enough for all your necessities.

I personally love the breakfast selection that changes each day, all with same delicious taste. The pool and upper deck bar is also cozy for hang out throughout the day

On the down part, the hotel is located in a small road, hence it may be hard for car to pass inside when you are ordering grab/gojek or tour driver. It is located exactly near Kuta beach, with Hardrock hotel simply 5 mins away.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay in Cara Cara Inn and would recommend this for those looking for hippie hotels on budget!

Cara Cara was amazing!! Super clean, great breky. The bedroom was really funky and functional! as were all the outside spaces and pool! Would highly recommend to families as well as groups and single travellers!!!

Good location, good staffs, good facilities!! However, the shower is flooding, water was all over the floor and there is bad smell in toilet in the bedroom

It was great! Totallu recommend it. It had good food, nice pool,very centric.

It is not just like a hostel which I stay before. Great location, facilities and environment good...
