Nice hotel with great breakfast but poor staff.
Pros:

Great breakfast, spacious rooms

Cons:

The staff were unprofessional. I understand English is difficult but very little effort was made to help communicate - this is the only time I have ever felt like this from my multiple trips and hotel stays China.

For example; I went to the sauna during its opening hours and it wasn’t on - no problem. When I returned that night, I asked the reception to ensure it was on and they said it was. It wasn’t. This for me is a big no.

This property has gone down hill a lot in recent years compare to commencement time.
Cons:

The staff at the main entrance shown reluctance to help guest checking in hotel. No expressions at all and also no knowledgeable answer to questions asked. When entered in room and could not make the tv works. It was because batteries are missing in the remote and had to go downstairs to the front desk because the phone in room also does not work which seems to be without connection.
