Kind and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean.
Das PrimeBiz ist kein Urlaubshotel, sondern beherbergt hauptsächlich asiatische Geschäftsleute. Dafür bietet es aber einen guten, internationalen Standard für diese Klientel, im Business to Business Sektor, wo Firmen buchen. Das garantiert gute Leistungen. Und die bietet das Hotel, top freundlich, aufmerksam und höflich das Personal, gutes indonesisches Frühstück mit zig Eivariationen im Frontcooking, usw. Lage auch insoweit gut, dass man per Grab leicht wegkommt und ca 30 Meter vom Hotel auf derselben Strassenseite einfache Warungs sind, in denen man top essen kann. Toll: Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, bei der Bromo-Tour mit Start 00.30 Ihr richtete man uns abends ein Essenspaket zum Mitnehmen!
Der Front Desk spricht kein Englisch .... es musste immer umständlich jemand herbeigerufen werden, was zu erheblichen Verzögerungen führen kann. Wir fragten nach Touren zum Bromo .... okay, tun Geschäftsleute in der Regel nicht, aber dass man gar nicht weiterhelfen konnte ist erstaunlich. Haben uns dann über Getyourguide Tour gebucht. Im Zimmer kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen.

Soo comfy, i stayed for 2nights. The room is spacious. The water is clean, the temperature is perfectly hot. Everything's clean, and i love how the lobby smells.
For the food, late night I ordered Bihun jawa and darmie, and it was delicious and tasty. Even tho i should call them twice, first was to the room service but no answer, so i called the operator. And 2minutes later they called my room and its was okaay.
Recommended hotel to stay in Surabaya.
