A lovely hotel!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were comfy & clean and staff were very helpful. The pool area was lovely. We booked the trip to Ba Na Hills through the hotel which was very worthwhile doing!

I saw some reviews complaining about the breakfast but it was fine - a good variety of food available.

Cons:

The spa could be better organised - especially with the offer of the free foot massage. I also think guests weren't reserving a timeslot in advance which didnt help.

Good but need to stop calling it a large balcony
Pros:

Beautiful hotel,, amazing location overlooking the dragon bridge,, room very modern with old mixed in. Nice having a bath tub. Breakfast had lots of choice and pool was nice with good views. Used the gym which was OK aswell

Cons:

I booked a room with a large balcony. I wouldn't even class it as a balcony,, more of a juliet balcony. It's so small you can't even fit a single chair out there so to call it a large balcony is wrong

Pros:

Spacious room; good view; supportive staff

Cons:

The facilities are quite old. Some pilow cover in my room has blood-like spot. It's better if daily breakfast would be varied.
Many restaurants around were closed because of Tet.
