Another wonderful 8 nights at Fivitel
Pros:

Second time staying at Fivitel, and it definitely has a place in my heart 😃

Stunning views, great location, and always felt well looked after

Good but need to stop calling it a large balcony
Pros:

Beautiful hotel,, amazing location overlooking the dragon bridge,, room very modern with old mixed in. Nice having a bath tub. Breakfast had lots of choice and pool was nice with good views. Used the gym which was OK aswell

Cons:

I booked a room with a large balcony. I wouldn't even class it as a balcony,, more of a juliet balcony. It's so small you can't even fit a single chair out there so to call it a large balcony is wrong

Cons:

The facilities are quite old. Some pilow cover in my room has blood-like spot. It's better if daily breakfast would be varied.
Many restaurants around were closed because of Tet.

A wonderful stay where thoughtful service and warm people made all the difference.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the beautiful view of the Han River from the room, which made the stay very relaxing. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean every day, and the rooftop pool was another highlight—a perfect place to unwind.
What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, especially Lisa. She was always engaging with guests and made everyone feel at home. She and her colleague even went out of their way to deliver a painting I had accidentally left behind all the way to the airport after checkout, which I genuinely appreciated. On my birthday, Lisa surprised me with goodies on behalf of Fivitel Da Nang—a very thoughtful gesture. My entire family and friends thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her.

Pros:

We had a spacious, room with balcony and nice separate bathroom, carpeted room and corridors made it quiet at night. Slept well, beds comfortable. Staff lovely, very helpful. Next day, knocked on door and presented us with a fruit platter. Driveway outside good for trip pick ups. Short walk to river, about 20 mins walk along river to dragon bridge and night market. Great buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Minor stuff. we had a bit of traffic noise. Tea cups a bit small for tea in room, would be nice to have a couple of seats on balcony.
