Pros:

Kellemes szálláshely, ahonnan gyalogosan elérhető sok minden. Van reggeli, amit a tulajdonos és családja készít el nekünk. Tágas és kényelmes szobák, jó felszereltséggel. Sok programlehetőséget helyben le lehet foglalni. A tulajdonosnak láthatóan nem tetszett, ha nem ott foglaltunk le egy programot, de egyébként kedves és segítőkész volt. Van mosási lehetőség is.

Cons:

A medence sajnos olyan hideg volt, hogy nem lehetett használni. Talán a reggelihez még néhány lehetőség elférne, mert nehéz választani, ha nem főételt vagy tojást szeretnél enni.

L'accueil et la gentillesse de Than et son mari
La chambre spacieuse et la possibilité de louer un scooter ou un vélo
Les plages sont à 10 minutes et le centre de la vieille ville à 5 minutes. Restaurant et commerce à proximité
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cons:

Il y avait des travaux à côté sur un bâtiment en construction donc bruits importants.
La piscine est petite.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed with everything. The villa is beautiful and very well maintained, and our room was comfortable and relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious.What truly made our stay exceptional was the owner – she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She assisted us with arranging tickets for a show, helped us exchange money, and organised airport transport at a very reasonable price.
After we checked out, we realised we had forgotten a cable for our watch. She arranged for a driver to deliver it to us in Da Nang, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

The lady who owns and manages the villa was lovely ans helpful. We only had one night in Hoi An and we wanted fo getr tailored goods so we asked her advise as so many places fo choose from. We are so happy with her recommendation.

Cons:

That we didn't book more time in Hoi An. Our villa stay was faultless.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and I had a beautiful view overlooking the street through the palm trees from my balcony.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was completely wet after a shower since the drain was on the opposite side of the bathroom. This is a quite common lay out in Vietnam I noticed and the hotel provided extra slippers for the bathroom by default to prevent wet feet :)

Cons:

Leider riecht es in den Zimmern stark nach Schimmel. Wir fanden das wirklich unangenehm und haben das Zimmer getauscht. Leider roch es auch im zweiten Zimmer sehr modrig.
