Pros:

The lady who owns and manages the villa was lovely ans helpful. We only had one night in Hoi An and we wanted fo getr tailored goods so we asked her advise as so many places fo choose from. We are so happy with her recommendation.

Cons:

That we didn't book more time in Hoi An. Our villa stay was faultless.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and I had a beautiful view overlooking the street through the palm trees from my balcony.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was completely wet after a shower since the drain was on the opposite side of the bathroom. This is a quite common lay out in Vietnam I noticed and the hotel provided extra slippers for the bathroom by default to prevent wet feet :)

Cons:

Leider riecht es in den Zimmern stark nach Schimmel. Wir fanden das wirklich unangenehm und haben das Zimmer getauscht. Leider roch es auch im zweiten Zimmer sehr modrig.

Perfect stay. Wonderful accommodation.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay of more than one week and truly recommend the villa.

The room was spacious and light, perfect to work and rest. The bed was very comfortable.
The balcony was lovely, I had a rooftop view over the roofs of Hoi An.

I really liked the high-quality interior decoration.

Everything was perfect, very clean, great wifi, a table to work, a pool, a rich and healthy menu to choose for breakfast. It was very safe to stay for female solo travelers.

The family made me feel welcome in Vietnam and shared local customs and traditions. They are very engaged to make each customer enjoy their stay. They help with everything and answer all questions.

The location is quiet and still very central. Cycling, you reach the famous Old Town in a few minutes.

Renting free bicycles was lovely to discover the area.

I enjoyed the stay and can recommend to 100%.

I will definitely come back.

Beautiful room and lovely owners
Pros:

A lovely villa and nice spacious rooms. Owners welcoming and so friendly; arranged transport to and from airport as cheaper option than Grab. Location was between beaches and old town and nice to be a little way from the bedlam.

Cons:

Bigger swimming pool would have been nice.

Comfy and clean with friendly staff!
Pros:

Had the most wonderful stay here, definitely our favourite stay in Vietnam so far! The staff were all so kind and friendly. The hotel had a wonderful homey feel but also was private, clean and super comfy (huge hotel-style beds!). We loved the short stroll to the old quarter as the area was quieter and more residential. Such good value! Would absolutely stay here again.

We zouden het zeker aanraden!
Pros:

We bleven uiteindelijk 8 dagen in deze prachtige villa. We hebben hoi an al eerder bezocht, en op verschillende locaties verbleven, en dit is zeker onze favoriete buurt. Je kan gemakkelijk met de (gratis) fietsen naar de Old Town of er zijn ook veel goede eetplekken in de buurt. Het ontbijt is ook heel erg lekker, maar je kan ook veel ontbijtplaatsjes vinden in de buurt. We zijn een gezin met 2 tieners en reizen 5 maanden en dit is een plek waar je echt op je gemak zit. De kamers zijn heel mooi met donkere meubels. Het zwembad is perfect. De gastvrouw is heel erg vriendelijk en kan je met alle vragen helpen. Als we nog eens naar vietnam komen, komen we zeker terug!
