The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the staying guest. Guests are required to present a valid ID/passport and the physical credit card at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A refundable damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon arrival (cash only). The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to property inspection.

Great place to stay with a great location and clean spacious space.
Pros:

Space, good breakfast although a bit expensive for Vietnam. Good location.

Cons:

Is great they have a washer and dryer, it would be nice if they provided some detergent.
I found the shampoo, lotion and conditioner were smelling on the masculine side.

Studio room > Executive suite
Pros:

The evening staff were fantastic. They helped us book taxi's and gave us useful advice.

Cons:

I booked both the studio and executive suite. The studio was very modern and well worth the money. The executive suite was more expensive but had a worse view and weird layout. Not to mention the extra bed is literally tucked into a closet. If you have guests then I suppose it is nice to have the divided rooms but if you are travelling alone, go for the studio! It looks much better and the view is nicer!

객실에 전자레인지 오븐 다리미 다리미판 세탁기 건조기까지 모두 구비되어 편안하게 지낼 수 있었고

Pros:

The apartment has a lot of space and is clean and tidy. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the studio suite which was very convenient. The apartments are very close to all the places we wanted to visit or a shirt grab drive away.
