Sherwood Suites

Loved everything! From entrance to exit, service was exceptional, all staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Thanh Phuc, Thang M. Thu, Bell Attendants etc thank you for being welcoming and approachable. Bed was comfortable, modern room and clean facilities, 24/7 gym, 5 minutes walk to supermarket, central location (close to all districts). Highly recommend!

This hotel was perfect for our family of four! They had amazing service and gave us free cookies everyday. The gym and pool was great for our family too. The rooms were big, clean, bright and just as the photos showed on the website. It was nice and quiet, couldn't really hear the hustle and bustle from the street.

I stayed in Sherwood for over 3 weeks and it's was by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in across the world. The facilities are spotless, well maintained, and modern. The rooms are very large, well cleaned daily, and we didn't have a single problem during our extended stay. But where Sherwood differs is the staff.

Everyone from the doormen, reception staff, the restaurant, and the cleaning staff were incredible. They were consistently polite, genuine, and so caring. I felt safe and looked after every moment I was there.

Special thanks goes to Cường, one of the restaurant waiters. He was amazing at every moment, providing fantastic local recommendations, always so friendly, and always happy to help us no matter what. He went out of his way to help my partner who was feeling unwell, and consistently checked up afterwards too. He went above and beyond what I'd ever expect, and similar praise goes to every member of the Sherwood staff.

The suites were excellent for our family. The gym, swimming pool and kids play area were great. The location was perfect for walking to all the main attractions. The breakfast was great with numerous options. My family enjoyed our daily coffees.

A great 3night stay in a family suite. Great pool out of the HCMC sun. Surrounded by local eats. Very attentive staff.

The property was located in a quiet area but still close to cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious and had plenty of room to move around. The facility had a swimming pool, spa and Sauna as well as a gym, games room and kids play area. This hotel had daily house keeping of the suite which was always immaculate and the hospitality of the staff was beyond amazing!

The location was excellent with a large supermarket just 2 mins walk. We really enjoyed the facilities and our room was spacious and very clean. We had a late dinner at the restaurant which was absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool and spa were also very nice which making our stay even more enjoyable.

Recently stayed here with my husband and 3 small children.
This hotel is a 10/10 with 5 star service.
Staff are wonderful, helpful and genuinely happy.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was large, spacious and very clean, perfect for us.
Pool and kids club were great, kids had a great time playing in both.
Breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need! In room dining was also exceptional, all food and hot and cold drinks were perfect, and there’s a large menu to choose from.
A special thank you to the staff and cleaners who helped us after our eldest was sick in his room and made a bit of a mess on the bed and rug. There was no big fuss made, staff were quick to check in and see if he was ok, before even speaking about the cleaning and mess. Cleaners were kind and helpful as we felt really terrible about the mess and were very stressed with having two sick children.
Will definitely return as your hospitality was very much appreciated, thank you again.

Clean, spacious, excellent restaurant food, the pool was fabulous and they had the kindest staff I have ever encountered. They made our stay exceptional and looked after us in every way. Would stay here again and again.

We preferred this restaurant to the one in our hotel because everything was better. Great choice of both western and Vietnamese dishes, flexibility of mixing choices, atmosphere and quality of food. Of course the service is excellent too. We would definitely come back!
