Absolute Klasse beim Personal, freundlich, umgänglich und immer zur Stelle. Vielen, vielen Dank.
Der Supervisor, unsere sehr nette Jasmin war immer gegenwärtig wenn es einen Wunsch gab.
Wir haben dann um eine Woche verlängert weil es so schön war, so viel zu sehen und zu erkunden gab, man benötigt schon mindestens eine Woche hier!
Das Frühstück war gut, man konnte a la carte oder Büfet wählen, Sonderwünsche werden anstandslos erfüllt.
Das Zimmer war toll, jeden Tag Reinigung, Wasser, Kaffee und Tee,
Rezeption sprach gutes englisch, waren immer freundlich. Dieses Hotel wählen wir wieder, geplant ist wieder der Winter in Asien und dann sehen wir sie wieder, Jasmin, Kevin, und wie das nette Personal so heißt.
Lage war auch gut, allerdings immer war ein Tuktuk in Bereitschaft, also auch das war kein Problem.

Je vais dans les golden temple depuis des année et j'ai toujours été très satisfait à 100 %le personnel toujours la à vos besoins très poli la qualité du restaurant, un petit plus la responsable jasmine étais très compétente pour nos besoins et tous le reste merci beaucoup jasmine

Das Hotel ist ein Juwel! Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, da nicht direkt an der Strasse. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal ist bezaubernd! Super Frühstück, schöner Pool der nicht an der prallen Sonne ist, sehr professioneller Spa. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr sauber und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche top! Mit einem Tuk Tuk ist man in 2 Minuten im Zentrum und an der Flusspromenade. Das Hotel organisiert auch alle Ausflüge, individuelle Wünsche werden alle erfüllt. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und das Personal ins Herz geschlossen!

Skønt sted. Ville komme igen. Temple er en kæde med andre overnatningssteder og restauranter mv. Kunne godt overveje at støtte mere op om nogle 'mindre fisk' i Siem Reap, men det var et smukt og dejligt sted at bo!

This is truly a wonderful hotel. Spacious, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and a lovely swimming pool. Everything has a luxurious feel to it. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, 5 minutes from the night market and pub street. Another nice touch is the daily cocktail happy hour between 4 and 7 pm. The staff are very helpful, especially Jasmine, who is always on hand and does everything she can to make everyone feel at home. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Siem Reap.

We usually don't do luxury hotels but for some reason we got a pretty good deal here and decided to go for it. And it was a good decision! The room was great, everything worked very well (e.g. shower, wifi) and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We also used their spa (massages) and enjoyed the experience. There's also a pool area with a small pool. Staff is very attentive and makes sure you're feeling really well cared for. We got a free pickup from our bus stop, which was great and worked seamlessly - we didn't even have to wait a minute at the bus stop. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can book tours (e.g. Angkor / Tonle Sap) with the hotel or just roll your own (we rented bikes and did Angkor by bike in two days). We liked the location as it was very quiet but still close enough to the action. We enjoyed our four nights here very much and would come back any time.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber vieles kann man zu Fuß erreichen.
Der Pool ist klasse und das Personal ist manchmal schon etwas zu freundlich. 😉

Location, facilities, decoration and above all the staff

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans un endroit calme, on s’y sent parfaitement bien, l’atmosphère est apaisante. Les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très varié, on y trouve son bonheur sans problème. Ils sont très attentifs à ce qu’on ne manque de rien tout en évitant le gaspillage! J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’ensemble du personnel, très disponible, et d’une gentillesse remarquable. Merci encore pour votre aide au moment de notre départ. Je recommande vivement!

Everything was just Perfect. This hotel should be a 5 star hotel. The staff went above and beyond . The hotel , our room , the breakfast , everything was perfect. Absolutely loved it here

The entire staff was incredibly professional, especially UE, who provided me with kind and discreet support and advice throughout my stay. The young and efficient staff embodied the best of Cambodia and the hospitality of these wonderful people. I hope to return soon. Well done! I've been traveling in Indochina for two months and I felt at home here. Thank you.
