Nhân viên lễ tân vui vẻ nhiệt tình.
Vị trí thuận tiện, phòng sạch sẽ . Gần quán ăn uống, gần Bảo Tàng, cung cá heo... nói chung gia đình mình có một chuyến đi tuyệt vời.

L' hôtesse d'accueil très sympathique, accueillante, et nous à permis d'avoir un support gps pour le scooter.
Souriante.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner au 9 étage glacial, juste deux tranches de Pains de mie, beurre et confiture où un oeufs avec 2 pains de mie .
Pas de choix, des sachets de café au lait ou thé
1 banane et Quartier de pommes.
La Chambre à été froide, humide, obligée de demander une couette et ça été juste.
Pas de tv satellite..juste les veilles chaînes. C'est bien dommage pour un hôtel qui paraît classe, et le prix de ne pas avoir les prestations qui suivent. Carcau Vietnam nous avons eux ds hôtels pour 10 à 15€ bien plus agréable.

Lễ tân và phục vụ thoải mái.

Cons:

Phòng lúc mới ở hơi mùi. Ở lâu thì quen mùi nên cũng thấy đỡ. Được cái phòng đầy đủ đồ và không hỏng hóc gì cả

Cách phục vụ ok nhưng thời gian dọn phòng là khoảng 2h chiều gõ cửa liên tục hơi phiền khi đang ngủ riêng tư. Tôi nghĩ rằng chỉ lên gõ cửa 2 lần nếu không phản hồi thì thôi
