The property was good but night time there

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and looked beautiful, but for a 5-star hotel, I expected much better service and facilities. It was disappointing that there were no drinks or snacks available to buy at night, which is something you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were just average—neither particularly friendly nor unhelpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also below expectations, with limited variety and average quality. Overall, the hotel was nice, but there are several areas that need improvement to truly deserve a 5-star rating.

Chambre spacieuse, piscines agréables

Cons:

1 grande serviette pour deux, une fuite d'eau sous les toilettes, une douche avec un jet sans pression. Le sèche cheveux cassé, difficile à utiliser sans se bruler
Un diner catastrophique ,des burgers servis après une très longue attente avec du pain dur, plusque rassis et des steaks ressemblant a de la chair à saucisse, et sans sauce. Du jamais vu dans un 5 étoiles!...Le personnel, dans l'ensemble peu souriant.

Zimmer groß Poolanlage sehr gut. Frühstück ausreichend

Cons:

Schlechte Roomservice keine Handtücher. Nur eine Flasche Wasser bei vier Übernachtungen um das viele Geld und hoher Preis. Minibar nichts gefüllt für die hohen Kosten, im großen und ganzen niemals 5 Sterne für diesen Service
