Pros:

I really enjoyed the modern, clean feel of the place, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was wonderfully quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure, and I loved having a cute, well-equipped kitchen in my room—complete with a fast dishwasher and all brand-new stuffs

Cons:

The room was a bit cold and I couldn’t increase the temperature. I would have preferred to have a robe, but there wasn’t one. The check-in time was at 4, which felt a bit late. The price of the hotel was a bit higher compared to other hotels, and I wish there were more options like a spa or swimming pool at this price.

Always a pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

This is my favourite place to stay when I visit Aberdeen. Not only is the location close to amenities, its such a quiet and peaceful place to sleep. The feeling of safety is always there too due to the key card entry to stairs and lifts.
All of the staff, from front of house to the breakfast hosts, bar and housekeeping are always so welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. We occasionally travel with our dog and he is also made to feel welcome.
Even though the hotel is pet friendly, it doesn't effect the cleanliness whatsoever. The entire hotel is always clean to a high standard.
Breakfast has an excellent selection and you are always able to order other cooked items if you wish to.
We will of course be back again soon and myself, my fiancé and our little pug highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent definitely stay again.
Pros:

Welcoming friendly clean and great location. Definitely book again, and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in centre of Aberdeen.

Cons:

Breakfast could be organised bit better when wanting to order additional breakfast options. Staff were extremely busy and we found trying to get there attention was difficult. Could it he the person that seats you returns to ask if you want additional options?
