Fantastic Stay , Cant stress how good it is .
Pros:

Superb from start to finish. The Staff were so helpful, the room was Excellent . The Location was perfect for us . The added bonus for us was the Breakfasts and the Parking . Highly recommend using this Hotel and we will be back .

Excellent Stay
Pros:

Room was really comfortable and well laid out. Was so nice to be able to cook for myself whist away from home.
Free laundry service at the hotel is a fantastic idea for those staying for a week or so.
Staff were really friendly and professional.
Hotel is located convieniently close to Union Street but far enough away to avoid all the noise.

Cons:

The first days breakfast was a little bit scant until I realised you had to ask for certain items like eggs, beans, mushrooms which were all cooked to order.

Stayed at 3 hotels during our stay and this was my favourite.
Pros:

The room was excellent, comfortable and good value for money.

Would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

Staff were so good and Dimitri was brilliant.

Cons:

Minor things
Toilet seat kept moving which was a little annoying.
No beans or tinned tomatoes at breakfast.
