Excellent hotel but a bit difficult for the inferm or elderly.
Pros:

The staff, their friendly care and assistance, went beyond normal expectations.

Cons:

The entrance was (to us) either a fairly long flat walk from the road, or up two lots of steps. Probably not a problem for someone young and fit but at 91 ?
Our room was at the farthest from the lift, same reason!
No grab rail in the shower, same reason!
It was our fault for not researching more carefully, same reason!

Instantly likeable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. Easy to get to hotel room.great location. Modern and relaxing decor and instantly felt at home.

Cons:

Very minor but I would say that there wasnt a dedicated area to do hair and make up with a mirror. I really liked the sliding mirror doors to get into the bathroom but wasn't 100% ideal to sit in front of and do hair and make up.

Great property but management need to work on thier guest experience
Pros:

The location was ideal the housekeeping team should be highly praised super clean rooms also the breakfast team members two ladies and a gentleman spot of with service

Cons:

We were having breakfast and the duty manager practically turfed another guest from thier breakfast table mid swallowing so she could sit cabin crew at the ladies table to be honest was this guest any least important than the 4 cabin crew I don’t think so and we were not the only guests to be aware of this happening.

Excellent central Aberdeen place.
Pros:

Helpful staff and straightforward procedures. Good sized room, nicely furnished. Enjoyable complementary breakfast. Very central in Aberdeen. Housekeeping is discreet and efficient. Large bed.

Cons:

Difficult to find a table for weekend breakfast.

Lovely room and great staff, in central Aberdeen
Pros:

Great location I’m centre of Aberdeen, clean and often with very handy small kitchen area. Staff super helpful and friendly

Pros:

The staff were superb and really made our stay lovely.
Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The room smelt of curry, which we thought would go away after a day but didn't and there were other small things which weren't quite right. But overall a great place to stay.
