Fantastic quality stay.
Pros:

Parking available, great central location, lovely breakfast.
Staff member MD was very helpful towards us and the support needed for my unwell wife....exceptional member of staff. Umbrellas for use.

Cons:

Parking very tight for a large car

Pros:

Great city centre location and the staff really look after you. Rooms are a good size and well equipped.

Cons:

The parking situation is not great and we ended up with a fair walk with luggage to the multi storey car park. There are a few spaces on site and a small car park at the side of the hotel but if you don't know the one way system and bus only areas it's hard to find.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa - udało się sprawnie zarezerwować miejsce parkingowe. Śniadanie w porządku, na bieżąco wszystko było uzupełniane. W pokoju czysto, duża łazienka, wygodne łóżko i dobre oświetlenie przy łóżku.

Disappointing.

After requesting a quiet room, we were so disappointed as we didn’t sleep very well due to a very noisy fridge situated in the room which kept coming on during the night. It was very loud.
Also, the hotel bar was really under-stocked. Not sure what’s happening there but the choice of drinks on offer was very limited, the bar was empty when we visited it. We would have liked a nightcap on returning from our evening meal, but no such option due to lack of choice. We did mention all of this at check-out, the receptionist said they would look into the fridge situation in the room. No explanation re the bar/lack of drinks, but he did apologise.
