Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Great size room, breakfast options plentiful & having use of a washing machine & dryer was awesome. Front desk staff super helpful also.

Clean, nice rooms but poor apart from that. Staff are very good, the business needs to step up & support them.

Nice, clean with friendly staff. Rooms were very nice, kitchen addition was a surprise.

Cons:

Very hard to find. Google maps was pathetic , took nearly an hour to get the correct location. Parking spaces are also very tight. Breakfast was good but limited & machine tea & coffee is a poor addition. Staff were very helpful and approachable but I think the business has let them down.. not enough staff & a very cold nearly automated system.

Pros:

Spacious room, good location - very central and there’s a bus stop 1 minute walk away where the airport bus stops. Super friendly staff, nice gym

Very nice and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, right in the city. Walking distance to bus, train and ferry stations. Very pleasing room decor. Good breakfast, though somewhat limited.

Cons:

We were not informed that room cleaning is done only on alternate days. This should have been informed upfront at the time of checkin.
