Pros:

По отелю, местоположение хорошее, убираются так себе , балкон за 20 дней ни разу не подмели. Отель как отель 3 звезды, а шумоизоляция и чумные соседи как повезет, слышно все, даже , что уборка идет через этаж выше.

Близость от моря, хороший завтрак

Cons:

Ужасный интернет, периодически запах канализации в номере, уставший вечно недовольный персонал, взяли 80000 донгов за якобы разбитую кружку, которую мы не разбивали, шум с площади у лотоса, плохая уборка номеров, постоянно давали только 2 полотенца, но нас было трое, выдают 1 полотенце на номер на пляж, течет между перегородкой в душе прям на пол, кондиционер работает не очень хорошо. Постоянно кто-то кусал в номере или реакция на планктон в море ( так и не выяснили, поднимали матрас видимых насекомых не нашли, поэтому не утверждаю точно. Паспорта забирают, перед выездом проверка номера и выставляют счёт за минибар, при бронировании -5% на еду было указано,по факту наоборот+5% приплюсовала на ресепшн. Спорить не стал,так как ждало такси, но сотрудница не права. Номер 604

Gute Lage in 2. Reihe zur Promenade und Strand, noch unverbauter Meerblick
Pros:

Der Blick vom Balkon ist unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war groß, die Ausstattung okay. Sauberkeit sehr verbesserungswürdig.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer im 17. Stock, direkt darüber ist ein kleiner Pool. Leider ist das Geräusch der Reinigungspumpe sehr laut und nervtötend, vor allem, wenn sie morgens um 5.00 Uhr oder 7.00 Uhr eingeschaltet wird.
Der Pool ist eh eine größere Badewanne, schwimmen nicht möglich, daher als solches absolut unbrauchbar.
Die "Minibar" hat kaum gekühlt. Es wäre besser, die Zimmer mit einem richtigen kleinen Kühlschrank auszustatten.
