Pros:

Cons:

Good value stay in Bishkek
Pros:

The hotel is located in a nice area which walking distance to most sites in Bishkek and good restaurants. We got an early check-in for an additional cost. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean (including the bathroom). Wifi worked well.

Cons:

We were charged 500 Som for a small ink stain on the sheets, which was barely noticeable. But the staff do a thorough check before you leave, so bear that in mind.

Pros:

Clean and fresh, I stayed here twice.
Pros:

The property is new, so everything is fresh and clean. Location is 10-15 minute walking distance to center of town. Air conditioning is quiet and powerful. Ceilings are high. Staff is helpful.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms was inadequate and dim. Minifridge is pretty loud; needed to wear earplugs to sleep.

The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety. All the staff was lovely and helpful. While we spent most of our time out of the hotel our time in it was great.

Perfect place to rest and recoup in Bishkek
Pros:

The room was so comfortable, everything you could need to relax after a long flight, tea and bathrobe, slippers, great breakfast, noise proof and walkable distance from interesting cultural landmarks in a brilliant neighbourhood with lots of good food options and transport links close by.

Excellent stay in Bishek
Pros:

The family room was perfect — spacious, comfortable, and with modern, new facilities. The breakfast was decent, but the best part was the excellent service. They kindly let us leave a suitcase for a week and, after checking out, we could also leave the rest of our luggage for four hours so we could visit the city comfortably.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality and flexibility. Highly recommended!
