mooi hotel om even tot rust te komen na de vele belevingen in Rwanda!

leuk groot hotel - een mooie afwisseling - aangenaam zwembad en fijne mensen

Cons:

was er wat 'te' kalm - wel laagseizoen maar zo een groot hotel mag wel wat volk rondlopen - het eten was ok - maar hier zou je iets meer verwachten op je bord - maar we komen wel terug!!!!

Une belle découverte
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal près des volcans. La vue de la chambre est impressionnante. Le confort global et les commodités : restaurant, piscine, etc. C'est un très bel hôtel que je conseille vraiment.

Cons:

Je n'ai rien trouvé de négatif. Un seul point d'amélioration c'est que davantage de personnels parlent français. Avec le développement du tourisme, il est nécessaire d'avoir des personnes qui s'expriment en français.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I liked Fatima Hotel for its great location near Volcanoes National Park, beautiful mountain views, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast. The amenities like the pools and spa made the stay even more relaxing.

Cons:

There wasn’t much I didn’t like everything met my expectations. Some areas could benefit from a little extra attention to make the experience even more exceptional, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

from the treatment of staff who ignore guests' requests, to the elevators that don't work, cold water showers, 1h30m in the restaurant to serve 1 burger, rooms without blackout and with sunlight at 100 % at 6am, the absurd noise at dawn, rooms without sound insulation, broken showers, and the wifi sometimes doesn’t work!!

I must commend the restaurant services and housekeeping for their exceptional organization and outstanding performance

The service at the front desk was also lacking in professionalism, as the staff member was unhelpful and even rude when questioned or given feedback. I encountered this during my check-out on March 18th, 2024, in the morning at 9 am.
