Fatima Hotel

The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice.

the service was terrible in the restaurant. I waited each time, breakfast and dinner, much and much too long for my food.

Service impeccable.
Propre. Belle piscine et resto sympa. Grandes chambres.
L’ensemble est neanmoins froid et aseptisé sans grand charme.

チェックイン時、予約した部屋が用意されておらず、案内された部屋は浴室が狭くて汚いため、１泊はワンランク下の部屋に宿泊することとなった。他の宿泊客も多くはなく、ホテルはガラガラなのに全く理解できない。しかもフロントの従業員が謝ることもなかった。とても信じられない対応である。家具も調度品もチープで、特に１泊目に滞在した道路側の部屋は車の音で夜もうるさい。二度と利用しない。

Loved the location. Breakfast was excellent. Hot water in the showers was intermittent.

The Hotel was a modern facility with large rooms, good showers and helpful staff. The breakfast was okay, typical of Rwanda in general. They clearly do lots of conference business there. The lunch buffet was good but pricey for the area at 8,000 RWF. The rooftop view of the volcanoes was incredible and the pool area looked nice though it was too cool to swim while we were there.

Walking distance to most of the cot attractions. Only 20min drive to kirigi park office and park entrance.

This is a new property. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Taller or larger people might feel a bit claustrophobic in the small "tube-like" showers. The views of the volcanoes were beautiful, and the hotel had a nice restaurant attached and a bar/patio area next to the pool. The location is conveniently located on the main road through town. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. The staff were friendly but did not always follow through (asked for a hair dryer and didn't get one, for example), and we had some issues getting the front desk staff to honor a prepaid reservation (this may have been caused by a staff change but it still seems like important and basic customer service).

Overall very pretty. The reasons it did not get a 5 were: challenges with the water temperature for the shower and breakfast was only "ok" and not on time even though we asked night before if it could please be ready at the time they said it would be. We asked both nights but never was - which was a challenge since we had to leave the hotel early for day activities.

Fatima hotel is a average plave to stay, but it is value for money. Specially if you compare the resorts in the area...Fqtima has a great pool area with a nice bar in cottage style. Rooms are fine, however check before staying. Some rooms have some minor issues, but then again: this is Africa after all...

They dud not seem to have my reservation. In the morning, yhey insisted I had to pay for the room again, which delayed my check out.

Enjoyed the stay at Fatima Hotel. Easy to find, rooms are beautiful, and facilities are great.
