Pros:

Unfortunately the hotel is less than expected and the staff are unfriendly and very rude. We asked them to provide an extra bed. We paid for the extra bed, and we were surprised that the bed was a mattress on the floor

Pros:

Excellent stay- Staff exceptional, summer drinks refreshing, clean, professional, I especially like being able to call each one by name because of their clear and precise name tag. Highly recommend 12 stars and 3 hearts- 💛🩷❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros:

The place ia not good for family environment. there a loot of yellings and screaming at our floor to the point that we literally felt people were rite outside our door. this kept going till morning 8 and we just decided to leave and sleep in our car instead. it was a literal waste of money.

Pros:

Convenient budget hotel in RAK. Basic facilities, good location, close to two malls, but you need a car to get to other places. Breakfast variety limited. Staff helpful.
