Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to nonrefundable rates.

Bed linen change and room cleaning are carry out twice a week. If doing this falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled to the previous or next day.

Ruhige Lage in Chinatown
Pros:

Super Lage mit perfekter Anbindung. Es fährt eine Straßenbahn, ein Bus und eine U-Bahn in der Nähe zu Fuß ist all das super zu erreichen. Das Appartement liegt direkt im "Chinatown" auch da ist immer viel los aber trotzdem hört man von alle dem nichts. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Küche und einen Balkon.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo residence a Milano e non posso che parlarne bene! La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal parco Sempione dal castello Sforzesco e con un piacevole camminata attraverso il parco si raggiunge il centro, in generale si trova in una posizione strategica per raggiungere diverse zone della città.
La struttura è pulita, accogliente e il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile.

Apartment in local residential property in non-touristy location
Pros:

Convenient access to Olympic events and public transportation. Enjoyed being in Chinatown away from super touristy areas. Didn't realize we booked a "residence" versus regular hotel but it turned out fine once we figured out logistics. Large standard studio apartment with kitchen.

Cons:

Did not have 24 hr, weekend lobby coverage since it is not a hotel. Would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. For example, didn't know where to leave keys upon departure in off hours and who to ask at first.

Für kurze Aufenthalte ist die Unterkunft okay. Mitten im China town hat man einige Esslokale um die Ecke und wenige Halt

Das lauter Reden abends im Hinterhof, hellhöriges Gebäude (zuknallen von Türen, Schritte von hohen Schuhen, Aufzug, kein Waschmittel für Geschirrabwasch, kein Öl zum Kochen, Hausmädchen können kein Englisch
