Extremely poor. Facility is dated and there's obviously no preventative maintenance done.
Pros:

Was quiet, being off the main road

Cons:

Bathroom was dangerous. Water poured out of the shower and flooded the entire bathroom due to lack of maintenance on shower door. Told reception staff, they knew about it and did nothing. Kitchenette is old and it in good condition. Entire property stinks of smoke. Fire alarm going off daily due to other guests abusing the rules and regulations I.e. using a BBQ in their rooms.

التأخر في تسليم الغرفة
دخول احد الطاقم للغرفة بدون اذن علما انه لايوجد قفل للباب
تأخر العمال لحضور لتنظيف الغرفة وانتظارهم وقت طويل
دورة المياة ضيق بين الباب والمغسلة مسافة قصيرة والحمام بأكمله ضيق
ازعاج جرس الانذار في اوقات مختلفة

موظفوا الاستقبال سيئون

لماذا كان موظفوا الاستقبال يصرون على تسليم جواز السفر او مبلغ من المال ، مع أن الأنظمة لاتسمح لأي جهة بطلب الوثائق الرسمية الا للاطلاع عليها فقط ، كما أن مبلغ الإيجار قد تم دفعه بالكامل ، فلماذا يطلبون مبلغ 20 دينار بحريني للاستقبال ، مع علمهم بأن هذا الطلب خارج الشروط الموجودة في بوكينق ؟
