Pros:

The location overlooking the Mediterranean and Es Vedrà is beautiful, and the resort has the potential to be excellent. Unfortunately, the setting was by far the strongest aspect of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of what we expected from a five-star resort charging over €400 per night.

Our first Infinity Suite overlooked a car park, while the replacement, which wasn’t available until 6pm, had most of its view obscured by trees. The pool felt like a money-making exercise, with €80 minimum spends for prime standard loungers while the remaining beds were crammed together. Breakfast was poor, service lacked polish, and cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. We photographed what appeared to be mould beneath the AC in our room, filthy pool grout and shockingly poor finishing around the pool decking.

However, what really soured the experience was the response to our feedback. I raised these concerns at checkout and subsequently wrote to the hotel, without requesting any compensation. The duty manager sent what I can only describe as the worst response to customer feedback I have ever received. Rather than acknowledging the issues, he largely defended the hotel and, extraordinarily, appeared to insinuate that I was being ageist when I criticised the team’s training and experience. I had made absolutely no criticism based on age and found that insinuation completely unacceptable.

I escalated the matter to Hyatt, who opened two cases. Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances that someone would respond, nearly seven weeks later I have still received no substantive reply. An exceptionally disappointing experience, made considerably worse by the way the feedback was handled.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel surplombant la mer offrant une vue magnifique sur le Es Vedra, un accès mer par un petit escalier dans la roche qui nous a permis de faire du snorkeling sans sortir du resort, la suite agréable et de belle dimension, le petit déjeuner copieux et la restauration de qualité quoique un peu cher en particulier les boissons.

Cons:

Le pourboire "suggéré" systématiquement calculé dans les notes. Cette pratique anglo-saxonne a trop tendance à être reprise par les établissements

Las mejores vistas de Ibiza
Pros:

Las vistas y lo tranquilo que era el hotel... increible el emplazamiento, las piscinas, el servicio, y las vistas desde el restaurante del desayuno son impagables.

Cons:

El desayuno no me parece de acuerdo a un hotel de esa categoria. no hay tantas opciones y los productos quitando algunos como el pan artesano no son tan buenos. No es acorde con el resto de calidad del hotel, ya que estuvimos otra noche cenando en el restaurante Nela y fue expectacular.
