Ich hatte kürzlich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und leider eine sehr unzufriedenstellende Erfahrung gemacht. Nach meinem Check-out stellte ich fest, dass ich einige persönliche Gegenstände im Zimmer vergessen hatte. Als ich das Hotel kontaktierte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass im Zimmer nichts gefunden wurde. Ich bin enttäuscht von der mangelnden Sorgfalt und dem Kundenservice. Es ist frustrierend, wenn solche Dinge nicht ernst genommen werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Великолепный отель в уединенной части острова Ибица, на закрытой благоустроенной территории, где приятно совершать прогулки. Прекрасное предложение для видов досуга: большой открытый бассейн, центр СПА, несколько ресторанов с отличной кухней.
Персонал прекрасно встречает бокалами игристого или лимонада и сразу погружает в атмосферу непринужденного отдыха.
Просторные и комфортные номера-студии, с мини-кухней и полным набором посуды.
Отличная служба обслуживания в номерах с доставкой вкусных блюд в номер.
Завтраки разнообразные и в ресторане с великолепным видом на море.
Собственная парковка
Самое главное: возможность размещения с питомцем, которому предоставляют все необходимое для его комфортного проживания (лежанки, мисочки). Персонал так же pet-friendly

La vue, l’emplacement , l’emplacement de notre chambre autour d’une piscine privative au lieu

Cons:

L’accueil à la réception de l’hôtel pas sympathique , les pubs des compagnies sponsors ( taittinger, bar Pershing etc)
Ca fait vraiment bas de gamme
les matelas autour de la piscine à payer en plus à 175€ pour être vue mer, le bar Pershing la décoration intérieure du restaurant principal pour les petits déjeuners , deco de gare ou de bar cheap , la deco et l’odeur de la chambre , bas de gamme pour 700€ la nuit
C est aussi le monde des tous petits enfants dans la piscine ou la musique est à fond .
