Could have been better
Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to the Milano centrale train station.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the room was not working and the temperature was high. The mattress was not comfortable and there was only one pillow per person. On the plus side they provided 2 fans and offered us water.

Management findet das normal und bestreitet Defekt, obwohl die Rezeption den Defekt benannt hatte
kaputte Ausstattung, Dusche undicht und schimmlig, viele Haare im Zimmer

God beliggenhed, men manglende vedligeholdelse af værelserne der er udtjente.

Cons:

De 2 Værelserne, de var slidte, der var hul på sofaen, ødelagt gulv i værelset, dørene der ikke kunne lukke ordentligt til badeværelset, den skrabede hen af gulvet. Skimmel/mug i brusekabinen. Tv’et var ødelagt på den ene værelse, samt var indeklimaet meget dårligt.

When o arrive to te hotel they Said that they no not have air conditioning and that they return The money of our Stay. Or we can test The Room temperature and Stay. In that day there were 43° in Milan and on The bedroom its Impossible to Stay. In that time we got to find other hotel. But until now were not receive a refund of The hotel. Its a scam company.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum Bahnhof ist super gut, 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück ist OK, der Kaffee sehr gut ☕.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr laut, dass heißt von oben und nebenan hat man fast alles mitbekommen. Die Isolierung zur Straße war top, keine Geräusche. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit im Bad und den Zimmern wäre wünschenswert.
