Pros:

1- Está a dos calles de la estación central.
2- Ubicación perfecta.
3- Limpieza.
4- Desayuno
5- Comodidad. Dormí super bien. Camas limpias.
6- Que más puedes pedir.

Cons:

No me gustó la posibilidad de haber hecho fast check. Teníamos 10 horas por delante. Mucho calor y se agradecía antes de emprender el viaje una ducha.

Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
Pros:

The location was great! And the staff was kind

Cons:

Poor breakfast options. The bathroom was super dirty! Tons of mold in the shower. We also had ants in the bathroom and the hotel didn’t do anything about it as they claim they were fully booked.

overall without the AC problem, I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location is only 5 minutes walk to central station. Clean room comfy bed and nice and friendly staff.
Hair dryer and soap/shampoo in the bathroom, towels changed everyday and mini fridge.
Close to the restaurants, Asian store and Carrefour.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights, the first 2 nights the AC working so well but the last 2 nights the AC did not work so we couldn't sleep well. Also there is no kettle/coffee/tea/cups, only 2 little box of water provide in the room.

Jó elhelyezkedés, de több minőséget vártam a szállástól.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, 6 perc sétára a Milano Centrale állomástól.

Cons:

A szoba kinézete nem teljesen egyezett az előre lefoglalttal, ami kissé meglepett. A falak papírvékonyak, valamint az ágy közepe is be volt esve.

El desayuno, q no haya mesillas en la habitación y q la ducha no te permita que el agua salga por la parte superior (estaba roto el mando q lo debía accionar)

Cons:

Toda a estadia foi muito mau.
Estava um calor infernal na cidade e naturalmente os quartos estavam super quentes.
Durante o checkin perguntei se o AC estava funcional e disseram que sim.
Chegando ao quarto, o AC estava avariado. Fui a recepção reclamar e efectivamente indicaram que havia uma avaria (desde ha 3 dias atrás), e não foram capazes de pedir desculpa ou trocarem de quarto.
Ficamos durante toda a estadia sem AC no quarto, noites mal dormidas e sem solução até ao Check out.
Foi-nos indicado apenas para escrever um mail.
Muito mau e pouco profissional da parte deles.

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, and the city center is easily accessible by metro. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the room was comfortable, and my family and I had a pleasant stay.
However, there was a water leak from the bottom of the shower cabin, which caused the entire bathroom floor to get wet. Also, in every other hotel we stayed at in Italy, there was at least one complimentary bottle of water in the minibar. Since we were staying as a family of three, we were disappointed that there was no complimentary water in the room, while bottles of water were only available for purchase at the reception for €1.50.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the kindness of the hotel staff.

Estive sem ar condicionado durante 4 noites com 34-37 graus no exterior. Algumas lâmpadas não funcionam e a casa de banho podia estar mais limpa e ter melhores condições.
