The onsite , off the menu restaurant was exceptional. Chef did a fabulous job. The free fruit popsicles at the end of the meal were a real nice touch! Staff were helpful and friendly. Front desk ladies were the stars, ( Coral & Analie).
Everything’s was great. The hotel could benefit from having a microwave at the free coffee station stand. Or in each room if possible
I liked how nice the room I rented was. The staff were awful.
The staff, treatment of myself and my guest were absolutely terrible. Since I left I realized I forgot 2 shirts, both of which were special to me and were hung up in the closet with care. They said I left nothing and each time I call, I am hung up on. The staff tell me someone who speaks English is coming, and each time I call, hung up on again.

Waterproof mattress cover that made me sweat.
After travelling for a month around Mexico, this was one of our favourite places. We had a room with a king sized bed, which was so nice. The pool area was fabulous and relaxing. The walk to the beach and to town was close and easily navigable. Recommend this hotel and the restaurant had a good breakfast

The pool was nice to relax around. It was a quiet hotel as there were most couples there.
The mattress covers have a plastic layer they makes them hot. The toilet seat makes a lot of
noise. The street out front needs some work, as do many streets here.

Básicamente poco .
No limpian los cuartos de forma adecuada , si entran al cuarto y las camas "tienen algún objeto sobre ellas no las tienden que "para evitar malos entendidos ", los colchones están forrados con plástico ( de muy mal gusto ). Reservé ahí porque supuestamente tenía alberca climatizada , lo cual es falso. Llevaba una niña y solo un día de 8 pudo entrar a la alberca. Además tienen un restaurante el cual es carísimo para lo que ofrecen... Cada plato que pides , así sea un limón debe ser autorizado por el dueño del restaurante, un tipo que se hace llamar " la patrona " el cual nunca está .
Jamás reservaría ahí de nuevo .
