Las camas
Que me cobraron en la tarjeta de crédito para reservar y luego me hicieron pagar en la recepción otra ves, pagué doble, me.dijeron que el dinero de la tarjeta lo devolvían en 48 horas y aun no lo devuelven. Mal sistema , si van a reservar con tarjeta por Booking.com, al llegar al hotel de una vez debiten el dinero, no vuelvan a cobrar y dejen el dinero retenido. Por eso todo lo bueno que tenia se opaco. Habían muchos pelos en el baño cuando llegamos a la habitación de paso.
La atención de las recepcionistas y el cuarto muy cómodo y limpio, también la ducha , muy bien 👌
Que no tenía almohada bajitas como para nosotros que no podemos dormir con almohada alta pero de ahí en más todo chido!!!!
Ubicación
Hacen cargo de una noche y no lo regresan de inmediato ni lo toman a cuenta , ya van 2 veces que me ocurre y la retencion tardan mucho en eliminarla.
Deberian evitar ese cargo si no lo tomaran a cuenta ni lo liberaran de inmediato
Primero me paso con una cuenta de debito cambie a credito y paso exactamente lo mismo

Almohadas duras
Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero sí muy limpias. Nos permitieron tener dos habitaciones cerca con el resto del grupo. El desayuno está genial y el personal q atiende el desayuno encantador.
La piscina es pequeña y con pocas hamacas pero no había mucha gente.
En general todo muy bien
Había una fuga de agua, en la regadera...
Se reporto y lo solucionaron inmediatamente

No me parecio que un día subí al área de la alberca estaban un grupo de personas con una bocina, tomando alcohol y comiendo botanas en un área en la que especificamente se dice que no se debe hacer porque fue incomodo y nadie el hotel esta pendiente de eso, deberían de regular esa zona para que los huespedes disfruten sin que otros incomoden.
