Desde mi búsqueda hasta que reservé y pagué, entendí que estaría incluido el desayuno. Al enviarme el resumen de mi pago, resulta que no incluía el desayuno. Estoy muy molesto porque pasé la pena de que me cobraran el desayuno. Responsabilizo a Booking porque insisto en que la única opción por la que reservé en el hotel era porque incluía el desayuno y no fue así

Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado en una buena zona, de hecho los domingos se cierra esta avenida y se usa para andar en bicicleta en familia, es una zona segura y tranquila.
Todo fue bueno y facil en el Check Inn.
Las habitaciones fueron muy silenciosas y cómodas.

Cons:

Es el primer hotel al que voy que no tenía jabón para manos.
No había ni jaboncito de barra que regularmente dan, así que eso fue muy raro.
Los elevadores tenían algunos problemas de retrasos entonces a veces nos tardabamos mucho para subir o para bajar.
El desayuno buffet tiene un costo, pero creo que por el precio me hubiera gustado encontrar más variedad.

La atención de personal del spa, de la limpieza del hotel y la comodidad.

Cons:

No encontraban nuestra reserva y la habíamos hecho con tiempo, nos preguntaron sobre como iba a ser el modo de pago, siendo que ya estaba pagado. con esas preguntas me hacían dudar de la plataforma donde hicimos la reserva.
