Convenient location, comfortable room and lovely owners
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the Nawaporn Place. This guest-house is located in a quiet street around the corner from the Bus Terminal 1 and at walking distance from the centre. I found the owners to be a very friendly and accommodating couple. My room on the top floor was clean and spacious. I had a good night’s sleep thanks to the comfortable twin-bed, the black-out curtains and the quiet setting. Lastly, the WiFi was free, fast and secured.

Cons:

Just some small things; there’s no lift, there's no wall socket in the bathroom and the view of the dilapidated buildings across the street isn't great.

Pros:

Czystość, bardzo mili gospodarze, poranne banany i ciasta :) Dobra lokalizacja bo obok macie przystanek autobusowy terminal 1 phuket gdzie można się wszędzie dalej dostać taniej :)

Brak możliwości wyboru czy chce mieć sprzątany pokój, ostatniego dnia nie dostałem już wody

In the room on the table there are the house rules. It says quite a few things, you cannot do this, you cannot do that...you will be charged if you do this...Not really nice. The owner is an old couple and they always asked us straightforward: Where are you going? Like strict parents. That was strange. Our whole stay felt a bit like we are in the army, or at our grumpy grandparents. They were kind however.
The bathroom ventillator blew bad smell into the room, the whole system is not made well. It affected even the aircon, if we wanted to use it, smell was coming.

Wonderful place near Phuket Old Town
Pros:

The place was in a good location, only 5min away from Phuket Old Town with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The propriety is managed by a cute couple that really makes you feel like home.

Cons:

The shower is without shower-box, so when using it the water sprinkles all around the bathroom.

Zentrale Lage, jedoch ruhig. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Old Town und zum Indy Night Market. Bus Terminal 1 gleich um die Ecke. Gute Anbindung mit dem Airport Bus zum Flughafen Phuket. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fußläufig. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Kaffee und Obst werden angeboten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hat aber muffig gerochen. Vermutlich von den Abwasserleitungen.

Posizione comoda, struttura accogliente
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, struttura moderna fornita di aria condizionata e pulitissima, possibilità di noleggio scooter, servizio di lavanderia in struttura, vicino alla reception è presente un piccolo reparto bar per qualche stuzzichino. La struttura è a cinque minuti a piedi da Phuket Old Town, vicino anche al porto di Phuket per chi vuole fare escursioni in giornata. Niente da dire miglior posto in cui abbiamo alloggiato in Thailandia, torneremo senz'altro
