Pros:

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Check-in took a bit of time - the automated check-in didn't work particularly well. The location was good - close to the bus station and the airport.

Comfortable bed in old hotel
Pros:

The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable.
I loved the hot bath - exceptionally usefull when low outdoor temperature.
The localisation - near the airport, not that far from the main Bus Terminal (12 min on foot), close to small shop (Nice to CU) and restaurants.
Everyday cleaning and new towels were also a nice feature.
At the lobby hot water and coffee available as well as fast food.
Possibile to leave the luggage before or after your stay (in the lobby, no security, only CCTV).
Not very crowded do easy to extend our stay (3x!).
Amenities like shampoo, washing gel, toothbrush available.

Cons:

No self-regulation of the room temperature (too hot and only a small window to open).
No boiling water available in the hot water dispenser in the lobby so only green tea to prepare instead of black one.
Difficult communication with the host - only in korean, misunderstanding in translations, late response.
Stains on the walls and sheets - the hotel is not new, it would need some restoration.
Not very quiet - not accusticproof doors - you can easily hear all the conversation on the corridor - and outside road.
No electric plugs next to bed (only 1,5m above, next to air conditioning).
No reading lights.

Clean and tidy but no early check in
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and tidy. I would have liked a kettle or jug to heat up water for tea or coffee.

Cons:

The check in procedure was not flexible. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags there but there was no option to check in early even though we saw subsequently that the cleaners were there very early every day. There was a person at Reception but she would not help at all. Then when we did check in it was via a remote voice booming over the Reception area. It was very impersonal.

空港や市街地からほど近い。タクシーで便利。静かなエリア。フリーコーヒーがある。

コンセントが少ない、シャワーカーテンがなく、洗面所が水浸しになる。バス停が近くにない。

Find somewhere else to stay
Pros:

Some amenities were provided, such as facial toner and moisturizer, tooth brushes and toothpaste etc.

Cons:

There was mold around the bath tub. There was hair in the bath tub, the hair brush, and the towels. The sheets and towels were stained. There was trash under the desk. The room had an unpleasant smell. Even though it was cheap, it was unacceptable and not worth the money.

樓下就有超商，自助入住，方便。續住會整理房間。有附化妝水乳液。

Cons:

501號房舒適，但701號房冷氣漏水嚴重…很可惜
