Near The Station But Not Near Much Else
Pros:

If you've stayed in other Four Points Flex hotels in Japan, you know what your room will be like. It's simple, clean, and comfortable enough. Staff were welcoming and professional.

Cons:

On the one hand, the location is convenient in terms of distance from the station. However, there's absolutely nothing on this side of the station (i.e. the west side). If you're just planning to spend a night here between train rides, the location is fine, but if you want to do more exploring of Morioka and prefer to be close to shops, restaurants, sights, etc., I'd recommend staying in a hotel on the other side of the station (i.e. the east side). Also, the TV is small and in a position that makes it tough to watch from bed.

Pros:

房內有齊一般日用品，距離盛岡站步行約5分鐘。
附近有一家叫round 1的遊戲店，有夾娃娃，亦有漢堡包店。
員工十分友善，而且行動迅速，check in過程十分順行。

Cons:

房間真的超小，小到只適合一個人住。個人認為適合短期旅遊或出差。
龍頭只能用花灑那邊，另一邊水喉不知為何用不了。
電視的擺法亦很奇怪，坐在床上是看不到電視。
冷氣不知是不是中央，因為超冷，怎樣調較都十分冷。
還有一點是：附近無便利店，回酒店時最好先在盛岡車站採購。
但價格是超值的。

清潔感あり。そこまで安くはない

チェックアウト前、清掃スタッフの方に戸を開けられた。扉がオートロックではなかったのでこちらも確認不足で悪かったが、管理どうなってるんだと思った

Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクや、各階に給水機があり、水を買わなくても大丈夫だった。アメニティバーも、良かった。建物も部屋も綺麗だった。スタッフさんの対応も、親切だった。

Cons:

ユニットバスが、もう少し余裕があると嬉しいけど、値段がお手頃なので、許容範囲。
テレビの向きが、調整できたら良いと思う。

スタッフ教育の強化が今後にものを言うホテル
Pros:

お部屋のお掃除は行き届いていて、お掃除する方の中にしっかりポリシーを持ってお掃除されている方がどなたか居るのだなぁと感じました。

Cons:

フロント受付スタッフ　特に外国人のスタッフが全く笑顔を作れず、接客用語も棒読みで機械的　とても気分が悪かった。どんなホテルであれ　入り口を入って来た客には　笑顔が1番のおもてなしそこから始まると思う。むっつりして対応されると来てはいけなかった？と言う気持ちに成る。インフォメーションももう少し分かりやすくした方が良いと思う。施設案内、利用時間、アクセス等、地下一階のフロントを一階と言う事はおかしい。
