Santika Premiere Beach Resort Belitung

Nous avons adorés notre séjour! Les extérieurs de l’hôtel sont incroyables, nous avons inlassablement contemplé la perspective offerte par la piscine et la mer. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et souriant.
Un petit bémol sur la propreté de notre chambre à l’arrivée : le ménage avait été fait de façon très sommaire, laissant des cheveux des anciennes occupants… c’est vraiment dommage comme première impression puisque qu’après, chaque jour, notre chambre a été impeccablement nettoyée !
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et variés. Les produits sont cuisinés sur place et cela se sent ! Nous avons d’ailleurs adorés découvrir les pancakes locaux.
Enfin, l’hôtel n’est en rien responsable, mais nous avons parfois été dérangés par l’attitude de certains clients : communiquent en criant d’un balcon à l’autre, laissent des enfants devant des téléphones avec une musique ridicule au volume maximal, fument cigarette sur cigarette au petit déjeuner… Ces comportements ont vraiment nuis à la bulle de tranquillité que l’on a expérimenté les premiers jours (avant le week-end).

We were initially disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool - after reporting to the team - the following days the pool was cleaned and we were really happy/ This is our 3rd visit and it’s my wife’s favourite due to the proximity of the beach and the swimming pool. We extended our stay for another day.

The hotel looks good but don’t book without trip insurance!!! We were unable to go after Air Asia cancelled flights two days in a row, and the hotel was unwilling to reimburse us—by making an exception because our failure to arrive was beyond our control—even after Orbitz repeatedly asked them and we provided documented evidence of the flight cancellation.

Le moins:il faut réclamer sans cesse pour avoir 3 serviettes pour 3 personnes,c’est assez pénible pour ce standing d’hôtel !
Massage assez décevant
Restaurant à côté de l’hôtel pratique et bon marché(plus intéressant qu’à l’hôtel)
Une location de voiture est avantageuse et permet de découvrir l’île !

ホテルは新しく、目の前の海は綺麗でとても良いホテルだと思います。
残念なのはビーチサイドホテルなのにバルコニーには洗濯物を干すなと書いてあった事。他に干す場所も物も無いので皆バルコニーに干さざるえない。ダメと書くなら干す場所か物を用意するべし。
トイレットペーパーの予備が無いのも不便だった。
隣のレストラン(ホテル外)にミニマートもあったのは助かりました。後は周りに何も無いのでホテル内でゆっくり過ごすか、自分でツアーや車を申し込むか。。と言う感じです。
ゆっくりするにはとても良いホテルだと思います。

Very clean everywhere, the staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond.

호텔 자체는 좋았어요 조식도 인도네시아에서 가본 호텔들 중 젤 괜찮았고요(발리제외) 그런데 수건이 정말 너무 더러워요 냄새도 나고 어떻게든 개선해야 할듯 해요

Tout le staff est d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours à votre disposition avec le sens du service. Les repas sont de bonne qualité, ils pourraient néanmoins être un peu plus variés. Piscine et chambre parfaites et très belle plage. L'isolation de la chambre pour celles dont la porte n'a pas de séparation avec la route, mérite d'être améliorée.
Je conseille pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas trop bouger.

This hotel is located on the North shore of Belitung Island. The staff were fantastic the food incredible. The beach front location provides easy access to the clean blue ocean, plus the resort has a large pool. The staff happily look after your ever need. I can not recommend this hotel enough excellent stay.

The staff were ever so friendly and smiley, I would have thought I was in the Land of Smiles!
Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was great.
The only down side to things were that Seafood which is what Belitung is rather famous for can be a bit of a distance away. The nearest local restaurant about 1.5 km away. But take it as a walk or a short cycle ride.

Everything was great except for the location - completely no place of attraction, amenities, facilities.

Secara keseluruhan hotelnya cukup baik, kamar bersih, perlengkapan juga lengkap dan apik), staff-nya sangat ramah dan responsif. Hanya saja kondisi hotel kurang terjaga (dinding terkelupas catnya mengesankan tidak terawat), dan area dekat lift bau sampahnya sangat menyengat (dilantai 1 dan B). Makanan juga terbatas pilihannya, dan dikarenakan lokasi yang cukup terpencil maka restaurant sekitar juga terbatas. Tetapi, untuk penginapan di utara Belitung yang mempunyai akses langsung pantai, Santika Premier tetap saya rekomendasi.

neues Hotel (seit 10/2017), direkt am weissen Sandstrand, klares, smaragdgrünes Meer, ruhig, ideal zum Entspannen. Alle Zimmer mit Meerblick, Personal sehr bemüht, General Manager spricht deutsch. Abendkarte im Restaurant und Angebot in der Hotelbar sind ausbaufähig.

Amazing beachfront hotel, located in a remote and tranquil area, great for a quiet getaway. Service at breakfast needs to be improved, staff shortage and lack of training needs to be addressed. Rooms have huge beds, definitely coming back

Das Hotel ist ganz neu und eigentlich ganz schön. Auf dem Titelfoto ist allerdings eine Suite abgebildet.
Leider stinken die Schränke (und auch Zimmer) seht stark nach irgendwelchen insektiziden bzw. wahrscheinlich giftigen Holzschutzmitteln. Wir konnten die Schränke deshalb überhaupt nicht benutzen. Wir bekamen schließlich einige Bügel aus Draht, um unsere Kleidung am Fernseher aufzuhängen.
Wir haben immer bei offener Tür geschlafen, wegen den sicher gesundheitsgefährden Gerüchen, das war teilweise sehr windig.
Ein Upgrade gab es nicht.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, viele Zimmer haben Meerblick. Aufgrund der Lage ist es jedoch auch etwas „langweilig“.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
