My stay was good

The property is close to everything. Very clean and very quiet.

Cons:

On my arrival, I was not given the option room, the one that I paid for, The following day they tell me I got credit. That to me was poor management don’t know the options of rooms

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

The location was amazing. Situated near a mall and the ocean. Beautiful hotel. Room has all the amenities needed. Service was excellent. Security was great. A walk on the promenade is a must.

Bad Experience with Booking.com
Pros:

The breakfast was great and delicious with different options. It was healthy

Cons:

Dealing with Booking.com was a terrible experience....the room was not worth the money we paid especially during the low season. I've contacted Booking.com to make minor changes to my booking due to travelling restrictions....but Booking com refused to make the adjustments stating that the hotel is fully booked which was a false statement ....there was availability as we have checked with the hotel directly.
