The staff's attitude and the excessive noise at night made the stay very unpleasant.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. It was great to have access to everyday essentials such as a hairdryer, fridge, washing machine, and microwave, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was another highlight, with the beach and a variety of restaurants just a short walk away.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unhelpful. There was little effort to greet guests, and they seemed unwilling to assist with anything outside of their specific responsibilities. Another major downside was the constant noise from nearby nightclubs, which continued until around 4:00 a.m. every night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The overall customer experience was pathetic. No basic communication skills and courtsey. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Money not welll spent.

The view from our room was amazing, I also loved the distance from the Promenade, restaurants and the beach.

My daughter and I had the most beautiful stay at Capital Pearls for her school holidays, we enjoyed.
Pros:

I love the proximity to mall and beach both my favourite places to go, the hotel is beautiful, very clean, professional and friendly staff. My daughter enjoyed the buffet breakfast, 3 night felt way too short . On our next visit we will stay a week
