快適でした。
Pros:

トリプルのお部屋に泊まらせてもらいましたが、思ったより広くて快適でした。

Cons:

最近のホテルはお部屋に水のペットボトルが置いてくれてあるのですがそれがなくて残念でした。
水道の水は臭いがあるので使うには抵抗があります。

Situated near the Namba and Dotonbori area, hotel offered a strategic location close to the metro line and other railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Room was modern, we had enough space for our luggage and it was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for.

Cons:

The matress and pillows were a bit firm, however this is on par with standard Japanese business room hotels. We did ask for a softer pillow and the staff was able to accommodate us.

Tanto el hotel como la habitación estaba genial, habitación mas o menos amplia, muy luminosa, baño mas grande de lo normal en otros hoteles de Japón. Sabanas y toallas muy limpias y habitación MUY LIMPIA. Cambio de toallas todos los dias. Dan pijama, gel de cuerpo y manos, jabón y acondicionador de pelo, zapatillas y en la recepción hay cepillos de dientes, cuchillas, etc. El personal es MUY AMABLE. Hay opción de desayuno buffet pero nosotros no lo cogimos y hay lavadoras y secadoras de pago bastantes económicas. Tiendas de conveniencia en cada esquina y estacion de metro a unos 5-7 minutos a pie.
