Pros:

已經第二次入住，整體上十分好，員工十分有禮及盡力幫助不懂日語的旅客

Cons:

1）過往是住較大的雙人房，但可惜現在變成三人房
2）如汽車能在退房後可以延長一點泊車時間

Pros:

El personal fue amable y servicial nos ayudaron a mandar las maletas a nuestro Hotel en Tokio. Habitaciones algo pequeñas, politica de limpiza cada 4 dias, si bien si quieres cambian las toallas a diario.

Cons:

No habia fuente para llenar agua en el hotel.

La ubicación del hotel esta cercas de dotombori y cercas de cualquier estacion del metro

Cons:

No pidan cuarto para fumadores si no fumando realmente si el cuarto está muy impregnado del aroma y el piso completo de toda la gente que fuma la estancia hubiera sido agradable si no hubiéramos escogido esa habitación

Pros:

清潔で明るく臭くない

Cons:

バスローブをエレベーター横に置いてあったが、せめて薄手のビニールで閉じておいて欲しい。誰がどんな手で触ったかわからないし、ぐちゃぐちゃになっている列もあった。
併設されてる駐車場を利用したが、スタッフが3人がかりで操作盤の前にいたがなかなか進まなかった。
利用者確認の時、ぐだぐだだったのでもう少し頑張ってもらいたい。
