Pros:

Very close to the Haneda airport, we had a flight cancellation due to heavy snow and they were able to accommodate us an extra night in the same room as we didn’t have the information of our next flight. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel con servizio navetta gratuito (si prenota al check in) per l'aeroporto di Tokyo Haneda, distante 10 minuti circa. Ottima posizione quindi per chi l'indomani deve prendere un volo. Gli orari della navetta sono 4.10, 5.10, 6.10, 7.10, 8.10 e 9.10. Quest'ultimo quindi è l'ultimo orario disponibile per farsi accompagnare in aeroporto. Altrimenti dovete spostarvi in autonomia con la metro o chiamando un taxi.

Comfortable and clean hotel
Pros:

Comfortable and clean hotel, with restaurants and shops close by. It was close to Haneda Airport, so it was good as a transit hotel.

Cons:

The free airport shuttle for the time slot we wanted wasn't available when we checked in.
