Pros:

ロビーで一日中、無料のカレーとうどんが食べられて、漫画も読めるのは最高でした！
荷物多かったのでお部屋がとても広くて助かりました。。。
羽田空港へのアクセスがすごく便利で、短期滞在には特におすすめです！

Can highly recommend and will come back.
Pros:

I loved the manga library and dining area. It was really great to have access to rice, curry sauce and udon soup, as well as drinks 24h day. With 7Eleven supermarket next door it meant I was able buy ready meals and eat them with the rice. Property was very clean, I felt very safe and I als liked the location. You have walk from the station, but Kamata is a good base. Good high street for cheap clothes and goods, many good affordable restaurants and very big department stores to explore. Close to Haneda airport, close to Tokyo via Shinagawa. Staff very professional.

Cons:

It would have been good to have been given walking instructions to the hotel from train station. Would suggest this is added to the description on the advert. Not easy find when arriving 11pm at night with jet lag!

It's a great location to stay at if you would like to relax and read or discover manga titles.
Pros:

The location was not too far from the airport, and having accessible dinner getting right off the plane was a great boon.
Staff was friendly and accommodating which made settling in for the night fantastic.
Seeing copies of Glass Mask on your shelf was an unexpected fortune and it made me think about it again and wish it wasn't on hiatus.

Cons:

There was nothing about my brief stay that I didn't like.
