It's good your team refund my money asap. But this is more than just "money" and i will explain below.
At first i choose you for our stay because i've stay with you many times and mostly reserved under my wife's name and we're satisfied with ur hospitality. But for this time i won't recommend you anymore.
I've booking my reservation on your website as you can see all pictures as i attach below, then i paid by mbanking transfer. I knew that i'll be coming late and my wife will arrive first because we're on different place that time, so i sent all transaction detail to her. The thing that made me shocked is REYNALDI, the man who handle my wife said UNPAID RESERVATION! He's checking on system and still say the same! It supposed to email on reservation that you received, showing detail for all information! My wife thought that i haven't pay and she forgot that i've sent to her the detail, so she pay again by Qris. More terrible thing happen and makes me more disappointed that they fail for void, and your staff tell to my wife will refund by transfer FASTEST 14 DAYS!
Then i arrive and come to the counter for asking free parking,then i mention my room number, and asking about the problem to MR REYNALDI and ask for refund asap, he just said for the template sentence with un-hospitality face said i must to confirm for the payment first and follow the refund regulation. Where are you when i call you many times? Have you answer my call for payment confirmation?
I wait in front of the counter for further follow up because we have rights to get our money back soon and i did as regulation that you make if want stay in connecting room i should book NEO ROOM.
During i'm waiting he's tryin' to keep busy with his computer and seems like nothing happen and THERE'S NO ONE IN FRONT OF HIM! Is it a hospitality?
I ask "how long that i must wait here?" And he still say the same, I still heard unsatisfied answer by the word of "regulation". A women that i forgot the name (maybe his superior or someone else i dont even want to know) come from backoffice and handover the case. While i'm trying to explain the detail she cut my explaination and said "REGULATION" over again. She blame me and my wife "why i didn't confirm, and why she doesn't show the transaction upon check in, why didn't confirm by whatsapp if they didn't answer my calls", should i? THE RESERVATION DETAIL SHOULD DO! She said not only my reservation come to their email, is it your reason to not check for the details? Or maybe your website need more detail while send reservation email to hotel? That's your bussiness. The guest follow the rule and something happen by you and still blame us as the guest? Final sentences that make me think i will not recommend and never stay here anymore is "kalau boleh tau, kira-kira kendala bapak tidak mau menunggu by transfer apa ya pak?, kita akan proses besok kok" What a good hospitality right?
Everyone has their own unpredictable problem dude! Could you think "if" accident happen to me "i lost my stuffs wallet, phone and so on during on the way, and got no money left, can i buy the meals with your regulation in others store?" Think carefully before asking your guest!
If i book for 1 room i'm fine if this happen, it's 2 rooms and must to follow your regulation.
And if transaction causes by EDC lost signal upon pay at hotel then bank must follow up this case, i have to wait for refund, and i understand and i will follow the regulation!
But this case causes by you!
You may blacklist my next reservation, that's fine, you deserve it. But i will never stay here again fyi.
We should feel comfort to stay with you but i got unpleasant momen since at the beginning, but your room was good, comfort enough, your room service was so delicious honestly.
I hope this case never happen to other guests and you have to keep hotel image "BY ASTON", Aston has the best hospitality service as i know even for under 4stars hotel.

The hotel is located in a very strategic place, not far from public transportation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good enough for short stay, a lot of street food near by, quite heavy traffic, if you bring a car a bit difficult not enough car park
The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the view is great, the employees are friendly, the service is very good, Very good breakfast, clean toilets, guaranteed not to regret checking in at the NEO+ Kebayoran hotel, highly recommended..

Once, I told you this is not the first time to stay in this hotel.
I always choose this hotel because the location close everywhere, and I think for the cleanliness good enough.
But Idk why I never get ‘’THE BEST SERVICE” from reception.
They are really unfriendly, especially ‘’Erika’’
as I said, this is not my first time staying at this hotel. and I often meet her. but I've never seen her smile. unfortunately when someone stays in a hotel what is expected is a good service, right??

Let me tell you my bad experience.
I stayed in this hotel for 2 night.
The first day I checked in, I got room 1501, and the air conditioner was problem, then I Asked reception to move, and I moved to 901. Again, the bed not balanced "jomplang''. You can check one of the bed from 901 (twin bed).
And I moved again to 910. The room was ok
But….. u know???
On second day I extended my room, and I asked to move to another room even with same type (twin bed) reception said their are fully booked. But, I checked on travel agent (agoda, booking.com, traveloka) THEY STILL HAVE ROOM.
What you think??? They are was lie to me.
One of my question is, why you didn’t allowed me to move when I extend?
If you said your hotel was fully booked, and high occupancy, you couldn’t give early check in to guest. But when I came to reception to update my key around 12.00, I saw the guest can check in at the time. How come???
Waaiiittt… not only that,
When I called to reception (erica) I asked her to clean my room and join my bed due to they didn’t allowed me to move and they said Queen bed was fullbooked. And she said YES.
But when I left hotel around 3pm on Saturday, feb 26. I put make up room sign on my door knob, and I see housekeeping In the front of 901 he’s still cleaning that room. Then, I came to reception to payment my room, and extend my key.
When I came back to hotel around 23.00, I really feel tired.
and I really want to take a rest when I arrived to my room.
And TARAAAA…… it’s really suprisingly, they are really SURPRISE ME.
MY ROOM STILL DIRTY AND UNTIDY. I asked to reception why they didn’t clean my room? I asked to move and ofcourse she said full. Then she offer me, housekeeping will come to clean my room. And ya, there is no another choice. I said okay, just do it right now. Again again and again, no one comes to my room after 20 minutes I'm going to reception and met with indah but she's just listened what I said, unrespectful, unresponsif. I have to wait 20 minutes for housekeeping come to my room and ofcourse I need to wait him to clean my room. I asked indah to confirmed to me why this case happened? Guess what?? No one confirmed to me.
The last, no apologize from reception when I checked out.
I really really feel DISAPPOINTED!!

We were told that the poom is closed currently due the PPKM rules. But we still can visit the pool that actually located in apartment building. The view is so awesome. View from our space room also nice! Thank you for the friendly hospitality. The breakfast pretty delicious too. Thanks!
Hotel Neo+ kebayoran never disappoint ! this is my second time having staycation with my friends. The service is also excellent & very attentive and informative as well. special shout out and thank you for wonderful staffs : Arrfin & Erica for helping us during stay in hotel . We'll be coming back for sure.
The room was incredible and very comfortable. It was very clean and very nice room. The staffs were very helpfull and kind especially Arfin. I love being at Neo + Kebayoran Hotel. Hope I could be there anytime soon!
So Far, for the price is not bad, stay for 1 night and hospitalized by their staff is good. specially Mr. Arrfin that always help me since the first time come to his Hotel, he is a true hotelier !!!!!
Spent the last day of 2020 at Neo+ Kebayoran such a great experience. When we came to the hotel we got warmest welcome from Mr. Irvan as Front Office Manager there. And got assistance by their front desk agent Arfin and the wigs girl by given the good services. The room was great, the breakfast was delicious. Definitely will coming back again. Thank you Neo.
I have stayed with my family for staycation on Sunday to Monday, I booked 3 rooms. First impression when I'm entering the room is the room very dusty, a lots of hair on the floor (seriously a lot of it), bed linen spot,event they set different motif of pillow case that obviously seen. In my other room,the floor event still left sticky mark on the floor and have bad smell. I'm already call hk team and manager on duty, and ask to change the rooms. The manager said need more time to prepare other room instead it's already 2pm,then I leave the hotel for 2 hours and when I came back the room still not ready yet on 4pm. And my new rooms still have a same problem, lots of hairs in the floor!!!the staff event didn't make sure about it. And need extra time to re clean my room. It's exhausted waiting for the standard that should be there, and I'm already said that I don't need and I don't want any complimentary just want a clean room to stay. Access to swimming pool really inconveniences and dirty for sure. I hope it's my first and last bad experience stay on archipelago property ever.
Clean room, nice place with any public transportasion, 10 minute walk to gandaria city mall, near market, overall nice to staycation here. I have quite room n can see view jakarta at window but the pool not work because covid.
still dusty at bed and sofa. this hotel need to more make sure the room is clear before people check in. and i allergic to dust, so i don't comfortable when staying the night at this hotel. please more check your cleaning service. thank you
