Cons:

На ресепшен был очень неприятный русскоговорящий мужчина, который на вопрос есть ли у вас капсульная кофе машина (у меня были свои капсулы) сказал: «есть более дорогие отели, где есть!» Хотя должен был просто вежливо ответить - к сожалению нет! По его лицу было видно, что он ненавидим свою работу и всех гостей отеля!
