The location is good...bed not bad Neighborhood quit
*Very disappointing experience.*
The apartment was *extremely dirty* — we had to clean everything ourselves.
There was *a lot of dust*, and the towels and bed sheets had *blood stains*, so we used our own.
The *host was unfriendly and unhelpful*, and *nothing matched the description* in the listing.
We only stayed because we had no other option at the time.
*Would not recommend.*

Strange smell in the entrance, poor maintenance, not clean
It was exactly where I was looking for it.
Wasn’t sure how to operate cooking stove.
No note in English how to operate hot water - wasn’t obvious.
No advance note on WiFi connection.
The apt was large and well equipped. But it was many miles from the soccer stadium which was the purpose our trip. So for us the location was terrible
The location
First of all, we were unpleasantly surprised that the Apartment, that is advertised as two bedroom apartment, is in fact a one bedroom apartment. It was a major inconvenience, since we came with our mother and she had to stay in the common area. Also, there is no balcony, despite being advertised so. There are some chairs on the totally ran down patio near the entrance to the building, literally 1 meter from the major road without direct access from the apartment itself. You have to go outside of the apartment and then go outside of the building to be able to sit there. Also, don't be tempted by the name - there is nothing "Luxury" in this property. It is clean and serves its purpose to sleep at night and take a shower, but nothing more.
The description is misleading. We booked a 2-bedroom flat, but received a 1-bedroom flat with a sofabed in the living room.
On the website they promise "free parking", and on arrival the owner showed me the parking associated with the flat, only for me to find out the next day that this single parking place was actually shared. We booked the place for a week, but were able to use the parking place only for 1 day. Finding alternative parking arrangements was very difficult, and certainly not free.
I also did not like that when we realised someone else was parked in the parking lot and contacted the owner- she ignored us for more than a day. and I had to chase her up (which, as I described above- got us nowhere).
Bottom line, the description of this property is misleading, we wouldn't have booked it if we knew what we know now, it certainly doesn't justify the price tag, and in my opinion, if you cannot trust the owner to assist you when there are problems- you might as well skip this and look for alternatives.
Great location, very quiet, feels like being home. The apt. Is fully equipped, including washer / dryer. Highly recommended.!!!!!!!
