schönes Hotel mit tollem Onsen!
Pros:

zentrale Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof in 8min fußläufig zu erreichen, das Hotel hatte einen Onsen, teilweise mit Sauna und Außenbecken. Wir haben die Waschmaschine genutzt 👍

Cons:

beim Frühstück war für Allergiker (Gluten) wenig Auswahl, aber alle Allergene an den Speisen ausgewiesen 👍

Pros:

Location is good, staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very great and recommended.

Cons:

Room was a bit dark and small, no cleaning services on the 2nd day, only simply cleaning.

Excellent stay, good location for the Kyoto railway station, would certainly return
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception staff who spoke to the voice activated robot on the reception counter who then performed a variety of dances which delighted us 🤣🤣. The room was on the small side and we struggled with storage space for our cases. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

Not many vegan choices for breakfast, although the staff tried to help and the chef explained all of the options.

Das Personal war nett. Meine

Cons:

Wir hatten für die 1. Nacht ein Standartzimmer! Wir sind beide ziemlich schlank trotzdem war das Zimmer viel zu klein. Man konnte sein Gepäck nicht öffnen! Es war richtig unbequem für einen Preis von über 250 €!!!! Dss Frühstück ist für Vegetarier ein Zumutung! Salat ohne Dressing kein Käse usw. Die Japaner sind nicht besonders flexibel was andere Ernährung angeht!!!

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel.
Pros:

Our room overlooks the Temple. Incredible really. We utilised the Public Bath every night. The breakfast had many various choices. The proximity to Kyoto Station & Sky Tower. Bus services close by were easy to navigate

Cons:

Only fault was the USB ports did not work on all sites

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, weil es dicht zum Bahnhof, Einkaufszentren und Restaurants liegt.
Außerdem ist genau geraderüber ein großer wunderschöner Tempel. Trotzdem ist es eher eine ruhige Straße, was angenehm ist. Es ist ein kleines Hotel und daher nicht so voll. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen! Das Frühstück ist zum Großteil lokal und sehr lecker! Um die Ecke gibt es auch einen Supermarkt. Im Hotel gibt es einen tollen Onsen. Ein großes Plus ist auch der hoteleigene kostenlose Shuttel-Bus zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kuu. The room was clean, confortable and well designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect. Everything was great, and we would definitivt stay here again.
