Très bon hôtel et très bon accueil
Pros:

L’hôtel était très agréable et bien situé.
L’accueil est exceptionnel et le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien agencées.

Excellent little Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic little Hotel, reception staff were lovely and really helpful. The rooms are spotless and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The Onsen was an added bonus, it was the perfect way to relax after a day sightseeing. We would highly recommend Hotel Kuu Kyoto.

Ottima posizione per visitare Kyoto
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione dei treni e di fronte ad un bel tempio (che potevamo vedere dalla finestra della camera). Dalla stazione partono anche diversi bus per visitare le varie zone di Kyoto, quindi la posizione era veramente perfetta per potersi muovere facilmente. L'hotel dispone di un onsen diviso tra uomo e donna, utilizzabile liberamente dagli ospiti negli orari di apertura. La stanza per 4 persone aveva due letti e due futon per i ragazzi. La presenza dei futon aggiunti sul pavimento ha limitato un pò lo spazio in camera per poter appoggiare le valigie.
La colazione è varia. Lo staff molto cordiale, si sono occupati loro della spedizione dei nostri bagagli presso l'hotel dove saremmo andati successivamente.

For me and our group, Hotel Kuu is perfect!~
Pros:

This was our third time staying at the delightful Hotel Kuu, and I've loved it every time! I bring a group here every couple of years, and I initially chose it for the close/walkable proximity to Kyoto Station, but I come back over and over again for everything about Hotel Kuu, starting with the staff. They are exceptionally kind and helpful and accommodating! They are very responsive to my messages and inquiries, and that makes a huge difference, especially because I am traveling with other adults and students, and often I need timely answers to questions. The staff is amazing both before we arrive and during our stays. The rooms are comfortable and clean and beautiful. I always get the breakfast, and the buffet is lovely and delicious, and the menu is varied to include more offerings than I can possibly describe!! The baths for guests offer a taste of Japan for me and our students. The short walk to the station and the many neighborhood restaurants make it a wonderful place to stay and when I go to Hotel Kuu, I feel I am coming home!

We had a great time and the location was perfect.
Pros:

The onsens were wonderful. We used both sets on various nights. The cookies when we arrived were delicious. Having a microwave downstairs helped to heat up late night snacks.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und man hatte einen schönen Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf den Tempel. Würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.
