They did not want to pay us any compensation for not sleeping the first night.

It was very central in Sarajevo. Ahmed that is working was good and helpful.

Cons:

Lot of things, first the room did not have everything that they said. The first room we had the door was damaged and it was impossible to lock the door. The aggregator was very loud and my mother could not sleep all night. They gave us another room and told us to be grateful for the room because it was more expensive, but I paid for the visit I did not pay for a room that I can’t sleep in.

Average location. Easy to walk to nearby attractions and amenities.

Very few parking spaces. If there is no space available, you're on your own.
The door handle to the room didn't work.

Wir hatten immerwieder stromunterbrüche zwar nicht unbedingt die schuld des hotels aber wir haben die nächte gefrohren da die standheizung nicht ging und das kleine ding zum heizen nicht genug war und auch nicht wirklich lief weil der strom halt immer ausfiel
