Great location, very friendly staff at reception! a very good first impression of Sarajevo!
Pros:

Location : minutes away from the Old city
Cozy and spacious room
Staff: very friendly and helpful especially Faris who wrote me a list of must try places to eat and Aisha who went beyond expectations to help me with an issue: thank you very much !!!

Cons:

Nothing as such but some room for improvement :
Hot water not available at some time, but probably an issue that can be fixed
and the shower unit having no door the water can get very much anywhere in the bathroom and render it slippery !

Fantastisch verblijf op een perfecte locatie met super service.
Pros:

Ons verblijf bij Hotel Boutique Libris was top. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect, alles is op loopafstand.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, alles was naar wens en goed geregeld.

Prijeten mali hotel na dobri lokaciji
Pros:

Dober zajtrk v lokalu zraven. Nekatere sobe so majhne ampak dovolj velike za prenočitev in lepo urejene. Enako kopalnica. Lokacija 5min od Baščaršije.

The photos don’t represent the place… + the room was literally freezing, i’ve been sleeping with thermal clothes on.

It was a good stay, Several trips to old town and reception was always attentive and arranged a taxi when needed
Pros:

I liked the location. It was close to old town. Easy walking distance .. The lady working reception in the morning was very helpful. She was a delight

Cons:

The lack of soundproofing. My room was above the reception and i could hear all the noise from there
