Great location and price, staff exceptional.
Pros:

Great location, very quiet even though it’s near the centre. Staff absolutely amazing, especially Faris, he went out of his way to help us with getting a hire car and recommend restaurants etc. He is an absolute credit to the hotel, treated us like an old friend from the moment we arrived.

Cons:

The room was clean but a little worn in places, not terrible but due a slight revamp, but we would stay again.

Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Bett war unglaublich gut

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es müsste renoviert werden. Ein paar Leute vom Personal haben was Service und Freundlichkeit angeht noch Luft nach oben. Andere sind sehr freundlich.

Pros:

Очень чисто и продуманный удобный номер. Хозяин постоянно находился в отеле и лично смотрел за уборкой и едой в ресторане отеля. Место положение просто отличное, чтобы прогуляться по старому городу: рынок старого города буквально в 100 метрах, при этом сам отель находится в тихом месте с удобной парковкой (не надо колесить по узким улочкам).

Cons:

В номере есть кухня, но не было расходников: соль, средство для мытья посуды, губка. Посуды для готовки тоже не было.

Sarajevski duh i udoban i prijatan boravak
Pros:

Predivna atmosfera, divni prijatni zaposleni, sve cisto, uredjeno sa dusom. Dorucak ukusan. O lokaciji ne moramo posebno, najbolja u Sarajevu. Sve preporuke.

Ikke som forventet
Pros:

Der var rent, personalet ved morgenmaden vi meget imødekommende og søde . Det samme gælder rengøringspersonalet.

Cons:

Vi havde bestilt parkering men der var for det meste ikke plads selvom vi blev lovet en parkeringsplads. Og måtte derfor holde på en vej.
Det samme gør sig gældende for værelses reservationen, vi bestilte hotellet i januar med en bekræftelse på vi ville have en terrasse og det blev bekræftet med det samme. Vi fik et værelse uden terrasse og de var ligeglade med at de havde lovet os en terrasse selvom vi tjekkede ind 4. April .

Bellissima vacanza
Pros:

Reception aperta h24 e staff gentile. La posizione strategica, proprio accanto alla biblioteca nazionale, ci ha permesso di non usare neanche una volta i mezzi. Buona la colazione soprattutto il caffè bosniaco anche se non varia

Cons:

Forse la colazione poteva essere un po’ più varia e si trova in un edificio fuori dall’hotel anche se attaccato bisogna comunque uscire fuori ma non è stato assolutamente un problema. Un problema che ho riscontrato e scoperto per fortuna l’ultima sera è che la porta della nostra camera non si chiudeva, mio figlio ha provato ad aprire da fuori la camera e tranquillamente si è aperta.
