Can Listen everythings in room, shower cabin without shelf, no change bed linens for 4 days. Cold food on breakfast. Only one positiv, location.

Dejligt hotel, meget centralt. Maria i receptionen er super sød og hjælpsom. Vores bil havde haft forsøg på indbrud, på den lukket p plads som hotellet anbefalet og koster 150 ukrainske penge.

Cool little hotel just a 5min walk to Rynok but even better, next to Churchill Bar where they have good steaks and beer. Great hotel for its price and its location.

In the US we have a saying when we really like something "thats my jam." Like if someone asks have you ever tried Borscht, if you love it, you say "hell ya that stuffs my jam." Have you ever visited Lviv? "Hell ya that city is my Jam." Well Jam hotel, you are my Jam! What an awesome place this is. Great location, great views, clean comfortable rooms with lots of nice touches like bottle water and toiletries. Best part was the staff. The girl who checked me in was so nice, spoke perfect english and made me feel so welcomed. The gentleman who checked me out was also very friendly and offered to hold my bags for me while i went out and explored the city. The cleaning ladies were also very nice giving me a smile and "Dobry" when ever i passed by. There is a casino downstairs that i didnt. Get to see but i will definitely be back. Thank you all for your hospitality

It was an amazing experience, everything was perfect, I’m still shocked how it is rated only 2-star hotel.
Staff are so nice and kind. They also speak English.

The location is amazing, it’s close to everything, you don’t need to have a car.
It’s calm and quite although it’s in the center of Lviv, but you don’t hear any noise from the outside.
I highly recommend Jam Hotel.

I've asked King size bad, instead 2 sigle bads were placed together. Parking is available, but belongs to different authority. Price for parking is 100UAH/day, not 40UAH (as in hotel information).
There is no parking slot at the hotel at all, thus you have to drop you car sonewhere nearby to bring your baggage to the room and check-in, later on tge security guy guides you to the parking area.

For whatever reson payment wasn't seen by the hotel, I had to provide evidences the room is paid already.

At the same time - hotel location is good, rooms are clean, personnel is nice and friendly. Pricetag is fair.
Good option to stay for 1 night.

Hem hotel hem hotel çalışanları çok iyiler...hotelin konumu sıcaklığı konforu kahvaltısı kesinlikle mükemmel...

入口が内側にあり少しわかりにくかったです。
ロケーションもよく、部屋は明るく綺麗でした。
フロントの方の対応が非常に良かったです。

Breakfast was auper tasty and plenty, staff were very helpful and friendly, location was superb. The little gifts at the ene of our stay in the form of small jam jars was a loveky touch. Fantastic stay overall!!

This was a lovely hotel, with amazingly friendly and helpful staff, especially Anna, the receptionist, who works 24 hour shifts, commencing at 9 a.m. one morning and not finishing until the same time the following day. Despite this, she never showed any signs of tiredness and was always smiling and ready with a welcoming greeting for both existing guests and new arrivals. The hotel was excellent in every respect, with a more than hearty breakfast included in the price. As for the locality, you really couldn’t be better placed, as everything worth seeing is but a brief stroll from the hotel. I’d definitely recommend the Jam Hotel to anyone considering going to Lviv for a short break or even on business.

Otelin konumu gayet güzel,odalar temiz ihtiyacınızı fazlasıyla karşılıyor. Bizim odamız asansörün yanında yer alan bir odaydı bu yüzden ilk gün biraz sorun yaşadık ama alıştık. Personel güler yüzlü yardımsever. Kahvaltı otelin -1 katında yer alıyor ve fiyat performans gayet başarılı. Butik tarzında bir otel. Gayet memnun ayrıldık.

The beds were in need of an update and the Kim’s were very noisy and small. The location was excellent
