Pros:

Fantastic hotel and value for money, great size room with balcony, well worth that little extra,, lovely location, with a fabulous adjacent restaurant, staff all very welcoming and helpful

Awesome Hotel
Pros:

Its breakfast was amazing. The spa was great. The room was top quality. The grounds were immaculate. Access to the restaurant was easy from our room 301 which was across the walkway that connects both sides of the hotel.

Cons:

The time we stayed I had been very hot. The rooms aircon didn’t work well so thankfully due to the fact that the weather had changed to a cooler weather pattern over night we opened the balcony door to let cool air in.

Would not recommend this place.
Pros:

Our stay was for one night only.

Cons:

Room was very dark/boring. We had to ask for an extra cup - 3 beds in the room only 2 cups provided, also had to ask for milk as nothing in Fridge. Not good having to go to the first floor to get water to drink when our accommodation was on the 2nd floor. Television options - none.
Could not book massage as only one member of staff there and all sessions booked.
Restaurant was awful - No lamb shank, no pasta, no chips as machine was broken had the beef with potato pancake - TERRIBLE. Breakfast not too good either - fruit did not seem that fresh, hair in cucumber - UGH!!!!!!

Not as good as I had hoped
Pros:

The hotel looked nice from the outside, the rooms were well decorated in the newer part of the hotel.
The pub/restaurant had a nice vibe and the staff in there were helpful, food was quite good.

Cons:

There were no safety instructions, eg: fire or emergency instructions which are usually on the door or wall.
There was no manual of things in the hotel, a map of how to navigate around the site, times for breakfast or the restaurant opening times, how things worked (air con, wifi, etc..)
The staff on reception didn't seem to know what to do about these things either and made a moderate effort to help but were quite ambivalent most of the time.
The hotel seem to be pushing it's spa area but this wasn't relevant to us.
