Molto bene, ma alcune cose sono da rivedere.
Pros:

Ottima accoglienza, ambiente elegante silenzioso e confortevole, personale gentile, ottima la colazione ,comodo parcheggio. Ottimo servizio di massaggi e Spa, con personale molto gradevole. Ristorante con cucina veramente ottima, pizza al di sopra delle aspettative e servizio top.

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli fastidiosi, come la porta della doccia che non si chiude del tutto e la porta scorrevole della seconda camera da letto dura e rumorosa. Letti molto comodi.
Attenzione al pagamento con carta perché la struttura applica una maggiorazione del 8% sul totale se pagate con valuta in euro, attribuiscono la responsabilità al vostro istituto finanziario e non rimborsano. Rimborsato effettuato da Booking.

Świetna lokalizacja wypadowa, hotel kameralny i czysty. Na pewno wrócę :)

Tak sobie....
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja. Pomimo tego iż hotel mieści się przy głównej ulicy nie odczuwało się tego. Blisko jest piękny park gdzie można wyjść z psem na spacer. Śniadania smaczne i jest w czym wybierać. Panie kelnerki przemiłe i zawsze uśmiechnięte dziewczyny które dbały o to aby niczego nie brakowało.

Cons:

Czajnik elektryczny w pokoju był popsuty. Nie wyłączał się i nagrzewala się rączka , trzeba było zabezpieczyć dłoń aby się nie poparzyć. Pani w recepcji powiedziała że tak ma być. Pracownicy w restauracji ogólnie uprzejmi jednak czas oczekiwania na zamówienie przy pełnej sali był znacznie krótszy niż gdy byliśmy w niej sami. Nie wiem dlaczego tak było. Natomiast panie w recepcji chyba pracują za karę a nie dlatego że lubią tą pracę. Wyraz twarzy mówił sam za siebie. Kończąc pobyt słowami do widzenia i że bardzo dziękujemy, pani siedząc odburknęla do widzenia.... Co istotne , hotel przyjazny zwierzętom gdzie doba kosztowała 100 zł nie ma pojemników na odchody. Więc gdy piesek się załatwił trzeba było je zabrać ze sobą do pokoju. Koszy na śmieci również na terenie ani w środku obiektu nie ma . W pokoju trzy osobowym jest dostawiony rozkładany fotel , który strasznie piszczy a szczególnie w nocy jest to bardzo uciążliwe. Trzeba pomyśleć o tym aby go wymienić.

Not living up to its potential
Pros:

Wellness
The wellness has potential, it has a pleasant layout and everything you may need. BUT....

In the sauna area, swimsuits are required. As such proper sauna etiquette is not followed. Expect people with phones and slippers INSIDE the sauna. Likewise people do not really sit on towels and the benches get drenched with a mix of sweat and chlorine water from the jacuzzi.

And it shows, the benches were in poor condition and should be replaced entirely. There are jagged edges that are not properly sanded, the benches are angled and planks are loose.

There are no clocks, no thermometer, no hydrometer, no timers inside the sauna. The shower does not have shampoo or soap to wash yourself in the dressing room. Very cheap things they can easily add.

All of this is such a shame, for sauna enthusiasts I do not recommend it.

Hotel room
The room was big, but we were based in 'the basement', we had literally no view whatsoever. The room does not come with any real amenities such as tea and coffee. The bathroom was pretty good, but the showerhead leaked a lot. There is no complementary water in the room either. You have to get it from the hallway. And because we were in the basement, that's an elevator two floors up, and walking 2 minutes to the other building or the restaurant area to get it.

Restaurant
The restaurant was cosy. The staff was nice and the food was good as well. It shows with visitor's from outside the hotel as well. Definitely recommended.

Overall
I think this place is not living up to it's potential. It looks nice, is in a pleasant area and on paper it has everything you may want to ask for. It just isn't quite there and requires some investment to modernize.
