A very good place to reside while in the busy Kariakor area. A good hotel with good value for money.
Pros:

Room was clean and room was well aerated. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of food to eat from soup to continental breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. They are also helpful in assisting guests on mobility logistics and good recommendations on the surrounding areas. The hotel has good security that guarantees safety of guest property and well being.

Cons:

The hotel should source enough fresh water from DAWASA to neutralize the salty water tone common in the location.

Area for improvement
Pros:

It's very accessible and the staff were very good at providing customer service and the food it's very good, restaurant very good standard.

Cons:

The stairs, in toilet there is no tissue and the water is very salt and door locks when opening with the key sometimes you have to use force to open it.
