Poprawnie
Pros:

Cisza dookoła, lokalizacja pomiędzy Monciakiem, a Operą leśną. Wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Nie wiem kto projektował ten budynek, ale koncepcja mi się nie podobała. Lobby hotelowe jest bardzo małe, a pokoje na parterze są na poziomie podpiwniczenia z widokiem na parkujące samochody pod oknem. Okno nie było myte dość dawno. W łazience było nieuzupełnione mydło. Kubki nie były myte podczas sprzątania pokoju. Oświetlenie w pokoju jest dość ciemne. Brak restauracji a la carte. Śniadania podawane w piwnicy bez okien, były dość słabe, bez smaku i powtarzalne. Od hotelu premium spodziewałam się więcej. Byliśmy w Focus Elbląg i tam śniadania były wyśmienite, była restauracja oraz basen, a nie był to hotel premium.

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko turystycznej części a jednocześnie cisza i spokój wokół hotelu. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel recepcji, serwis kelnerski podczas śniadań i Pani, która sprzątała mój pokój. Nowoczesny design, dobrej jakości ręczniki i pościel.

Sprzątanie pokoi odbywa się w godzinach popołudniowych co nieco utrudnia korzystanie z pokoju.

Śniadania okropne . Hajecznica smakowała jak by byla z proszku, brak mleka roślinnego, brak płatków owsianych , sałata zwiednieta, pieczywo tylko biale , soki sztuczne .

Wracam I znów bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel położony jest w świetnym miejscu – cicho, zielono i zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od Opery Leśnej. To idealna lokalizacja zarówno na odpoczynek, jak i zwiedzanie okolicy.

Pokój był przestronny, czysty i bardzo wygodny. Cały obiekt jest kameralny i ma przyjemną, spokojną atmosferę.

Śniadania smaczne, z wystarczającym wyborem produktów. Każdy bez problemu znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Obsługa zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę – bardzo życzliwa, profesjonalna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Widać, że dba o gości.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt. To miejsce, do którego chętnie wróciłbym przy kolejnej wizycie w Sopocie

Świetne miejsce! Doskonała lokalizacja – w pięknej, spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko Opery Leśnej. Pokoje są przestronne, bardzo komfortowe i urządzone ze smakiem. Sam obiekt jest niewielki, kameralny i ma wyjątkowy klimat.

Śniadania może nie są bardzo rozbudowane, ale wybór jest w pełni wystarczający, a wszystko jest świeże i smaczne.

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel – wszyscy byli niezwykle mili, uśmiechnięci i pomocni, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy.

Naprawdę nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce i na pewno chętnie tu wrócę
