Escolhi a suíte porque tinha banheira de hidromassagem. Mas a hidromassagem não estava funcionando, solicitei a mudança de quarto, mas me disseram que não tinham quartos livres, a moça da recepção falou que ia dar um jeito, mas até o fim da minha estadia, ninguém fez nada para resolver a questão. Enfim paguei por um quarto com mais conforto, mas fiquei em um quarto convencional. Além disso, tinha que subir quatro lances de escadas para chegar até o quarto que eu escolhi, essa informação também não estava disponível no site ou em qualquer outro lugar que pesquisei. O café da manhã é muito simples e achei desorganizado, todas as louças ficam dentro de um armário e o hóspede vai pegando o que achar mais conveniente, não gostei disso, achei mal preparado.

Não condiz com a propaganda. Decepcionante!

Não condiz com as fotos postadas neste site. O quarto era bem inferior às fotos. Quatros camas e só 2 colchas. Pedi mais e trouxeram coberta grossa para usar no valor de Caceres. Lençóis encardidos. Internet não funcionava. Café da manhã razoável, mas sem nenhum tipo de cuidado em relação à pandemia. Todos pegavam nós mesmos pegadores sem luva e sem álcool gel.
