Pros:

Apartament był czysty i zadbany. Miejsce na sprzęt narciarski. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra – blisko do restauracji oraz do ski busa, co było dla nas dużym udogodnieniem. Po godzinie 22 panowała cisza i spokój, choć ściany są dość cienkie i słychać sąsiadów. Dla mnie nie stanowiło to jednak większego problemu.

Cons:

Niestety nasze pierwsze wrażenie nie było najlepsze. Właściciel przywitał nas krzykiem, ponieważ najmłodsze dziecko bawiło się na śniegu leżącym na trawniku. Usłyszeliśmy, że „w lato mu trawa nie urośnie”. Sytuacja była dla nas nieprzyjemna i zaskakująca.

Dodatkowo z wywietrznika w toalecie przez cały czas kapała woda. Ponieważ znajduje się on bezpośrednio nad toaletą, woda kapała na plecy podczas korzystania z niej, co było bardzo uciążliwe. Poduszki były niewygodne, a w pokoju utrzymywał się dziwny zapach – możliwe, że z wykładziny.

Chciałbym również zaznaczyć, że na platformie Booking zapłaciliśmy za cały pobyt dla 5 osób. Po dokonaniu płatności gospodarz zażądał jednak dodatkowej opłaty za dodatkowe łóżko w wysokości 11 euro za noc, co było dla nas zaskakujące, ponieważ rezerwacja obejmowała pięć osób.

W dniu wyjazdu poprosiliśmy o możliwość przechowania bagażu do godziny 14 (check-out był o 10, a taksówkę na lotnisko mieliśmy o 14). Chodziło jedynie o jedną walizkę i pięć plecaków. Właściciel odmówił, tłumacząc to sprzątaniem i brakiem miejsca. Ostatecznie bez żadnego problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w pobliskiej restauracji.

Pobyt miał swoje plusy, jednak opisane sytuacje wpłynęły na naszą ogólną ocenę.

Nemáme námitek.
Pros:

Ubytování bylo bez snídaně, ale i tak bylo velmi uspokojivé.

Cons:

Možná trochu více stíněného prostoru na zahradě, ale i tak OK.

Czystość.Przestronny pokój z szafką która miała wystarczająco półek dla 4 osób plus półki w łazience na kosmetyki.Piękny zielony teren.

Cons:

Brak grilla w ogrodzie, ale tu sprawa była jasna, bo nie został wymieniony w udogodnieniach.

Pros:

Really nice apartment with all needed amenities. Located 9 km from Jasna/Chopok. Easy connection with the slopes with frequent skibus (it was running every 10-15 mins in January), the stop is around 10 mins walk from the apartment.
Very clean apartment, with all needed equipment in kitchen and bathroom.
There is a ski room to store your equipment.
Super nice and helpful owner.

Cons:

All was good, I guess the only thing that could be improved were beds which were quite small (being 186 cm tall I could barely move) and worn. Still overall nice place.

I like it a lot! Very nice and comfortable place

Cons:

I like everything! Mr Stanislav could just change approach a bit and start with what is nice in his place, and than explain requirements (parking, recycling, etc.) that are totally reasonable, not otherway round. We had wonderful time and the landlord is realy helpful!
