There is plenty of coffee shops in the area and a food market a block way.
Check in is 2 pm and after 30 hour travel, I arrived at the hotel at 0530, not open at that time. Called after hours number, no one answered. When she showed up, I ended up paying a days worth of stay for 6 hours.
Hotel is noisy at night, 2 channels on TV and did not work 99% of the time that I was there. Walls outside of bathroom had water rot where paint is peeling and toilet seat is broken as well. There was ants in the room and when I asked for another roll of toilet paper I was told there is a limit of one roll per day. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Modern and clean room.

Looks pretty , warm water if you flip the switch. Clean bedding. But I arrived late and left early (6o’clock) so no comment on the day experience.
The reception was unfriendly, Ill mannered and not very accommodating - 500 baht payment for key-card. But when I had to leave for my flight the next day no one but the cleaner could accommodate me. I refused to give the key card back even tho I was trying to make a flight that morning. The reception lady who took the money was sleeping apparently. It’s the principle of the matter. Who demands payment and then is not available to return the key.
Small boutique villa, very basic service
They charge extra for everything you need including water, bed linens and towels torn and worn out, no one speaks English.

A noisy boiler outside my room that’s goes off from 1am - 2:30am each night
big modern room with place to work in a good location.
Wifi wasnt strong enough for working, many guests had the same problem. For a remote worker like me this was a serious issue
Zero Like.
1. Insect in the room. (Got bitten by insect, redness area as big as 10 baht coin)
2. Live adult size cockroach in the room.
3. brought up to reception, no wifi received in the room. ( Reception reply... is like that you have to bear with it.)
4. toilet face washing basin tap damage. ( No repair done for all the 6 days stay)
