L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le Lakeside, proche de tout. Notre chambre était très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit était confortable et les équipements moderne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. Il y a une ascenceur pour monter à l'étage.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel, and it far exceeded what we were looking for. We stayed here pre- and post-trek and it met all of our requirements: hot shower with good water pressure, laundry services, very clean rooms, friendly staff, etc. The location was also ideal. I don’t think we ever walked more than 5-7 minutes to get dinner, get to the lake, or get trekking gear. We were initially overwhelmed trying to choose a hotel in the area, but I don’t think we could have selected a better hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Pokhara area.

I recently stayed at Hotel Haven O' Ganga for three nights, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making sure I felt right at home throughout my stay.

The hotel's independent building and the always-present security staff added a reassuring layer of safety. The rooms were not only impeccably clean and well-maintained but also incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect haven after a day of exploring. The consistent hot water for showers was a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort.

While everything was great, one small suggestion would be to extend the shower curtain to keep the bathroom floor dry. However, this minor detail didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

The hotel's location was superb, close to Pokhara and within walking distance of all the central district attractions. The surrounding area had plenty of good restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops, catering to every traveler's needs.

To sum it up, my stay at Hotel Haven O' Ganga was a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a positive and memorable accommodation experience.
