Pros:

Great location and professional staff

Cons:

Curtains and carpet in our room were old and dingy and smelled of stale cigarettes. Need to be replaced

Pros:

シングルからツインで泊まれたこと。バスタブが大きく水まわりが綺麗。食事スタッフの方とても良かった。気持ち良く感じた。声かけてパンを頂き、すぐに食べたお皿を片付けてくれ、コーヒーメーカーの説明もしてくれた。最初に席に案内してくれる方スマートでとても気持ちがいい。お部屋に持ってかえっていいサービスも嬉しい。だからとても満足しました。

天井の壁紙が少しジョイントが、剥がれてる感じがしましたが、それ以外は予想以上良かったとおもいます。受付の男性の方も対応が良かったです。

リピートしたいです！
Pros:

母の介護疲れの静養に利用。のんびり心身休める事が出来ました。入り口とテーブルの鏡が大きくとても良かった。清潔でとても良い。

Cons:

枕が少し高く感じました。二種類あったら嬉しいです。

Clean Rooms, Great Location
Pros:

Room was clean, close to Omiya Station (5 min. walk) and airport bus shuttle, had a great breakfast buffet, and the staff was helpful and courteous.

Cons:

Wish there were more fluent English speakers.
