Pros:

地點非常棒! 出車站之後的空橋(2F)，可以繼續步行直達飯店。
飯店就在SOGO正對面。
旁邊就有便利商店，服務人員友善 & 專業。
可惜成田機場已經沒有直達飯店的巴士可以搭乘了，但似乎羽田機場還有。

良かったです。
Pros:

コンサートの会場と繋がり、駅からのアクセスも良かった。
部屋も普通だが、清潔でした。
チェックアウトは10時30分頃でゆっくり部屋で過ごしましたが、当然掃除の方が他の部屋の掃除をされていたけれど、気持ち良く挨拶していただきました。

Cons:

ビジネスホテルでは無いので、理解はしているつもりだが、コンサート前の荷物を預けた時が余計な仕事のようなそぶりとかチェックインする時にスタッフがひとりしかいなくて大変そうだったし、チェックアウトもひとりで対応していて、私はカードキーを機械に返却し無言でチェックアウトしてきました。

冷蔵庫があまり冷えなかった(温度調整ができないタイプ？）
枕カバーは清潔だけど多分枕本体に加齢臭ぽいニオイが染み付いていたみたいで結構いないんじゃない寝返りの度にかすかに臭った事
