Good SPA
Pros:

The new SPA section is very nice. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable and the AC was making noise the whole night. Lots of different food but nothing was delicious. Generally old hotel.

Pros:

Хотелът предлага отлични условия за почивка – просторни и чисти стаи, комфортни легла и приятна атмосфера. СПА зоната е на високо ниво и създава усещане за истински релакс. Персоналът беше любезен, усмихнат и отзивчив през целия ни престой. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна, с богат избор за различни предпочитания. Локацията също е удобна – близо до центъра и с лесен достъп до основните атракции.

Cons:

Като цяло престоят ни беше много приятен. Единствено бих препоръчала малко повече внимание към детайлите в поддръжката в някои общи части, както и по-добра организация в пиковите часове в СПА зоната, когато е по-натоварено.

The BEST hotel in Bansko
Pros:

The BEST hotel if you want winter holidays on Bansko.
The room was very clean , large and with nice view. The breakfast and the dinner is the richest I have ever seen with the best quality and quantity choices. But the highlight of the hotel is the bright new spa facilities..you will experience 10 pools (3 outdoor very hot with DJ). Value for money choice and one of the best hotels I have ever been!

Останах очарована от престоя си в Гранд Хотел Банско! СПА центърът е огромен, поддържан, иновативен и предлага невероятно разнообразие от сауни и басейни. Стаите са топли, чисти и много уютни. Храната и ресторанта също са на високо ниво. А пък атмосферата, което за мен е изключително важно, те кара да се чувстваш като у дома си! Със сигурност ще посетя отново!

Τα σπα και το μασαζ

Cons:

Το φαγητό, η εξυπηρέτηση ανύπαρκτη. Το ξενοδοχείο διαφημίζεται για 5 αστέρια και είναι 4 και οι παροχές που μας προσέφερε ήταν για 3 αστέρων (εκτός το σπα και το μασάζ, πολύ καλό).

Престоят ни беше повече от приятен – просторни стаи, топла атмосфера и чудесен СПА релакс. Ол инклузивът надмина очакванията ни – изключително богато и разнообразно меню, прясна и вкусна храна и отлична организация. Всеки ден имаше различни предложения, така че винаги имаше какво ново да опитаме. Персоналът беше изключително внимателен и ипределено е място, което биме посетили отново.

Хотелът е на високо ниво и напълно си заслужава, ако сте решили да се отдадете на почивка и релакс. Стаята ни беше чиста и топла. Персоналът е мил и отзивчив, като ни поднесоха комплимент по повод рожден ден, с което си личеше тяхното старание да ни осигурят приятен престой. СПА зоната е чудесна, има всички удобства и разбира се най-приятна е новата част, която е 18+. Храната изобилстваше.

Cons:

Едната вечер - събота, имаше твърде силна музика по време на вечерята с изпълнител на живо. Единствено това не беше приятно за хората, които желаят да релаксират и да хапват на спокойствие, говорейки си.
