Everything you could need in Bansko
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner were absolutely astonishing in selection and of very good quality. The spa center was extensive with multiple saunas and other facilities. Large room with very good beds.

Cons:

The swimming pools were nice, but very crowded.

The food was delicious, fresh, and varied. The pools were clean and warm, without the smell of chlorine often found in other spas. There were dedicated pools and a spa area for adults (18+), with the surrounding areas constantly being wiped down. Bed linen and towels in the rooms were changed every other day. The gym featured top-notch equipment and was never crowded. Cocktails and coffee at the poolside lobby bar were served with a smile.

Pros:

Excellent and abundent food, the restaurant is open from 7am to 22, except for 1 hour between 17 to 18 for cleaning. the SPA fascilities were enjoyable and great.
