Хотелът е страхотен. Стаята е просторна и чиста. Храната е в изобилие и е изключително вкусна. Басейните са топли и чисти. Масажите са страхотни. Фитнесът е супер. Определено си заслужава почивката там.

Cons:

Паркингът не поема всички коли и пред хотела се заплаща, което е излишно за тази цена. Пет от басейните са с ограничен достъп по 4 часа на ден, което отново никъде не е споменато.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Bansko was extremely pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean, the food – plentiful and extremely tasty, and the SPA center was truly impressive – modern, well-maintained and ideal for complete relaxation.

Absolutely terrible
Pros:

It’s the first time I am writing a negative review, but I can’t help it. Absolutely disgusting place. Ratio quality price is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Amortisized, dirty and depressive… The food is horrible. We will definitely not stay. So disappointing!

Very different from what was in the past! The hotel is refurbished, with new SPA and padel court
Pros:

We spent a weekend with friends at Grand Hotel Bansko and were genuinely pleasantly surprised. The biggest “wow” for all of us was the new Pulse Therme SPA center. It’s not just the size that impressed us, but also the actual facilities — especially the salt thermal zone with the warm mineral pool and the aroma sauna, where short steam rituals are held throughout the day. We also loved the large hydromassage pool with different water-jet zones — you can literally get a full water massage without having to wait.
We also tried the ice bucket and the thermal contrast shower — a perfect combo after the saunas. You can tell the SPA was built following the Pulse Fitness & SPA standards, because everything is designed and executed on a professional level.
The all-inclusive food exceeded our expectations as well — fresh, varied, and nicely presented. Breakfast had everything you’d expect (yes, there is an omelette station), lunch often included grilled options, and dinners offered a good selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. We appreciated that everything was constantly replenished, so there was no need to rush for anything.
A big plus was the hotel’s padel court. We played twice — the surface is new, the nets are tight, and the court is well lit, so it’s perfect even for an evening game. It was the ideal activity between the SPA sessions and dinner.
Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations — the new Pulse Therme makes a huge difference, the food is solid, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. We would definitely come back, especially for the SPA and the padel court.
