Може би най-приятното място в Банско. Идвам за 3ти път и определено съм доволен от цялото преживяване от настаняването до напускането на хотела. Новото СПА е наистина впечатляващо и по нищо не отстъпва на Гранд Хотел Терме.

Terrible Scam Hotel
Pros:

Horrible, horrible scam hotels. I am a former employee and the people in charge are corrupt and exploit their staff. They force the marketing team to post fake positive reviews and delete negative comments on their social media accounts. 5 stars is a lie. It is a complete scam. And I have stayed there for free several times. The rooms are full of faulty electricity, cockroaches and other malfunctions. I am attaching them below. The owner Doychev is a mafia oligarch who knows nothing about how to run hotels.

Pros:

Множество басейни, голям СПА, детски кът. Разнообразна пресна храна. Приятна изненада в стаята, а именно купа с пресни плодове и зареденият с бесплатни напитки бар. Всеки ден са ни оставяли една голяма бутилка с минерална вода.
Били сме 3ма човека (2 възрастни +1 дете) в апартамент, който разполага с хол и спалня. Апартаментът е просторен, достатъчен е за трима, но...

Cons:

1. В апартамента липсва шкаф/мебел за поставяне на куфари. Наложи се куфарите да разположим на пода.
2. В хола няма нито клесло, нито стол, а има достатъчно място за осигуряване на повече комфорт.
3. В хола пердетата са тип блекаут не покриват изцяло прозореца и сутрешното слънце светва на спящия в хола на дивана.
4. В банята не са достатъчни закачалки за халати и кърпи - налични са 1 кукичка за халат и 1 кукичка за кърпа за ръце.
5. В банатя е изскубан контакт за включване на сушилка за кърпи.
Апартамент B111. Вероятно, бързали да реновират помещението.
