Pure Relaxation & Five-Star Comfort
Pros:

This place feels like a sanctuary. Everything about our stay was designed to create a sense of calm and indulgence.

The spa area is simply stunning – multiple pools, saunas, and relaxation zones that allow you to completely disconnect from everyday life. The massages were divine and truly therapeutic.

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο ,μόνο το σπα αξίζει μπορώ να πω! Το εστιατόριο έτσι κ έτσι κάθε μέρα τα ίδια και αρκετά παγωμένα φαγητά

Το προσωπικό αγενέστατο !στο εστιατόριο πολύ αγενείς ούτε χαμογελούν ούτε μιλάνε μέσα στα μούτρα ! Καμία εξυπηρετηση ! Ένας κύριος στη ρεσεψιόν αρκετά εξυπηρετικός ! Και οι κύριες που καθαρίζουν τα σπα μόνο αυτές γελάνε ! Οι καθαρίστριες στο δωμάτιο μόνο σεντόνια άλλαζαν καμία καθαριότητα όσο αφορά το μπάνιο ,και καθε μέρα ζητούσαμε μπουρνούζι για το γιο μας !

Better off finding somewhere else
Pros:

Not worth it for the price. You expect better for what you pay but it’s all underwhelming and disappointing.
Rooms are outdated and in need of severe maintenance. Feels like they renovated the spa and keep that area modern but the rooms they don’t bother with. The acs are old and don’t work properly. The power kept going out randomly, very slow internet.
Staff is arrogant and unprofessional. No one knows how to speak basic English, you ask the receptionist questions and they give an attitude like you’re wasting their time.
Do not rent the ski equipment from there, you’re better off renting closer from the gondola.

The only highlight we had from our stay was the spa, and the breakfast buffet which although had a wide variety some stuff was inedible.

Apart from that it was not worth the money and I would not recommend

Cons:

The rooms are old, need maintenance. The staff is super unhelpful, no one knows how to speak basic English. Random power outages, unstable internet. Seems like it’s catered more for locals than for tourists

Очень чистое и ухоженное место. Шикарная еда — всё действительно вкусно и качественно. Отличная спа-зона, приятно расслабиться после дня в горах. Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Удобное месторасположение — всего несколько минут езды до гондолы. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз
