Локацията на хотела е много удобна, до центъра и голям магазин наблизо. Персонала беше много усмихнат и любезен, страхотно отношение. Противно на очакванията ми, храната беше много вкусна и разнообразна. Басейна беше голям, чист и водата беше топла. Препоръчвам хотела!

Pros:

Апартамента беше много просторен, чист и топъл. Персонала и на рецепцията и в ресторанта беше много любезен. И храната беше много вкусна и разнообразна.

Cons:

Водата в басейна можеше да бъде една идея по топла. И за целия басейн има няколко шезлонга.

Pros:

Персонала беше мил, Стаята сравнително чиста имаше достатъчно кърпи и халати. Басейна беше чист.

Cons:

Водата в басейна беше хладна, разтегателни диване беше супер неудобен. За паркинга на хотела се плаша отделно по 8 евро на вечер а пред хотела е зона и събота и неделя. Картата на вратата не работеше и ни дадоха ключ.

Добре си прекарахме и дано за в бъдеще полето от "т.Какво не ви хареса?" остане празно.

Перфектна ски почивка с приятели
Pros:

Стаите са чисти и спретнати, има халати и Кърпи, има голям плувен басейн с добра хигиена, закуската е превъзходна.

Un loc foarte frumos, personal prietenos, raport preț-calitate foarte bun. Relativ aproape de gondola. La cină aveau diverse supe creme, cea mai gustoasă a fost supa cremă de pumpkin (tivda).
Ne-am simțit foarte bine.
Sigur vom reveni.

Nice surprise, will visit again
Pros:

The hotel was a nice surprise! Great location - 5 min walk from the center of Bansko. Whole Bansko is blue parking zone - so parking is paid, approx 8 EURO per day. The room was nice and clean! It smelled "clean" and I loved it. We were 3 people in a 2+1 room with a balcony overlooking tha back garden. It was quiet. There was coffee included (Nescafe Dolce Gusto) and a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very nice, not a great variaty (totally normal since it is not a big hotel) but everything I ate was fresh and delicious. The kids also approved it. Beverages such as water, juice, ice tea were included both at breakfast and at dinner - this is a great hotel management decision! There is a big pool - temperature is good for swimmers and not so good for people that want to stay in the water and only "float" :-D. The pool had kids section too - water was slightly hoter.

Cons:

The pool was much colder on weekdays than during the weekend. Also - we were a family that took several rooms and some of the rooms were overlooking the main road and the river - hence car exhaust fumes could be felt in the rooms especially if you open the balcony door. Also, there was noise from the main road including during the night.
