Уютно и чисто
Pros:

Удобни легла и възглавници. Много меки и пухкави хавлии и халати, ухаещи на чисто и свежо. Хавлиите бяха сменяни всеки ден.
Достатъчно място за багаж. Красива гледка към градината.
Хубава храна. Мил персонал.
Безплатно (хубаво) кафе в стаята.
Чисто!
Хубав басейн, подходящ за плуване - като размери, температура, хигиена. Има и шезлонги, които могат да се вадят в градината.

Cons:

Неприятно впечатление ми направи, че докато се почистваше съседната стая - камериерката сякаш се опитваше да събори вратите и стените. Шумът беше доста неприятен и продължителен и именно затова излязох, за да "погледна лошо" съседите си, но видях камериерката.
В банята бих предпочела душ-гел вместо сапун. Там също така може да се помисли за друго решение около душа, защото завесата не върши добра работа.
Фитнесът е семпъл.

Evelina Palace is quiet and comfortable. There was a good breakfast spread. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A minor point, some of the benching in the sauna was loose, I only mention it here as I forgot to raise this at the hotel.

Pros:

Le monsieur de la réception est très sympathique, les personnes qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner sont adorables. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet avec beaucoup de choix.
L'hôtel est très bien placé, à quelques minutes du centre de Bansko. Au bord de la rivière.
Nous avions réservé le petit appartement (sans cuisine) très agréable, sur le jardin.
La piscine est intérieure mais agréable malgré tout même en pleine chaleur.
Séjour de trois nuits parfait!

Всичко беше супер.
Закуската беше прекрасна, леглото удобно. Отношението също беше страхотно :)
Също така беше много много чисто, което дори често в най-луксозните хотели не е на такова ниво.
