It was a great stay...
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and staff were all great.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. They sometimes had meat with no waffles or pancakes. Other times it was the other way around.

Well, at first walking, they were. I'm not very pleasant. They said they couldn't accept a card that I eventually ended up using, and it did accept it. Um, the rooms are clean. It was quiet. It's just a staff's not very comfortingly. Welcoming here. I'd recommend stay there if you want a lonely unfriendly. Just be left alone.Clean place to stay but I go back there again.It was quiet and it was clean.

Loved the room not the lady I encountered at the front desk at check out.
Pros:

The staff was extremely rude upon checking out. She made extremely difficult to rebook the room. She appeared prejudice as was unaccomidating After expressing her bigotry she denied me assess to the room. I was forced very quickly to exit since it was check out time. She was a horror!

As a hotel snob I can confirm that this hotel is superb. It’s clean, well maintained and honestly the friendliest place I’ve stayed. Everyone was helpful and kind. Breakfast was great everyday, lots of options. The pool was maintained and cleaned, the hot tub was wonderful. Very relaxing. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. We arrived early and they were helpful with giving us a place to hang out until a room was ready, they let us use the pool while waiting, 10/10 will stay here again. Samantha is incredible. Thank you for a great stay!!

Pros:

The pool area really poor maintenance really poor care. It looks very neglect. I would like to suggest to the operation manager to be more. It’s looking for those things in the pool area the room everything looks right when you get there, but when you start using the things things are falling apart, my room was 303 for little things, but those are things that I don’t like to invite you to come back

I will tell you.I was quite pleased with all of the staff but in particular one lady who checked us in, was so nice.I told her about my sister's and i having a get together after nine years and she left a sweet note for my sister and i as well as complimtary gift. All the staff were exceptional.
