Bad expereience during check-in. Hotel is good.
Pros:

Extremely bad experience during check-in at the reception. On arrival, the person at the reception couldn't find the reservation and said that I don't have a reservation with them. Even after telling them that I booked online, they couldn't find it.
After some back and forth, they finally found the reservation in their email. Extremely disappointed with the check-in experience and coordination between hotels.com and hotel itself. I wish I can get some money back.

Nice hotel and very close to airport! Food is reasonably priced too and staff is courteous.
