Pros:

Konumu, apartın temizliği, ferahlığı ve genişliği çok iyiydi. 3 yaşında kızımızla konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Park yatak ve mama sandalyesi de mevcuttu. Hamburg’a tekrar gelirsek burada konaklamayı tercih ederiz.

Perfect Place to Stay
Pros:

The reception staff were outstanding. We were greeted in a professional and helpful manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was perfect for our four day stay. Walking distance to shops, supermarkets and all the tourist sites. The apartment was clean with everything you needed for a great stay.

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение. В пешей досягаемости многие достопримечательности. Рядом весь транспорт, кафе, магазины. Чисто, уютно, кухня со всем, что может потребоваться, утюг и мини гладильная доска. И особенно порадовало наличие кондиционера, что в такую жару было потрясающе. Постель была как дома. Полностью подходит для инвалидов колясочников.

Cons:

Хотелось бы немного подешевле.

Das Apartment war gut nach außen isoliert, aber sehr hellhörig im Apartment. Das war ok, man muss es nur wissen. Schön fand ich, dass bei der Rezeption Kaffee, Tee und Wasch-/Spühlmaschinentabs kostenlos zur Verfügung standen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für 4 Personen in Hamburg
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Erreichbarkeit auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Klimaanlage in der Fewo ist perfekt und die Ausstattung super. Kontakt per Mail bei Fragen sehr einfach und auch an der Rezeption wurde uns schnell geholfen. Einchecken auch nach 17:00 Uhr ist sehr leicht und wird gut erklärt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros:

De locatie is prima voor treinreizigers. De accommodatie is goed verzorgd en voorzien van alle benodigdheden.

Cons:

Erik Vökel communiceert niet. Om deze reden zou ik dit appartement niet aan anderen aanbevelen. Op e-mails wordt niet gereageerd. Er werd ook een link doorgestuurd om te kunnen inchecken, maar die werkte niet. In dat geval kon ik dat op een ander e-mailadres kenbaar maken en dat deed ik, maar ook daar volgde geen reactie op. Ik vind dat kwalijk.
Verder trof ik een vuil glas aan in het servieskastje. Het is raadzaam het serviesgoed en bestek te controleren voordat volgende verhuur plaatsvindt.

Pros:

Nice and clean apartment just 5 min by walk from train main station. Check in process was very smooth, we did it in kiosk close to the reception. Apartment was clean and large, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Close to the accommodation are some restaurants and grocery. Very good location for exploring Hamburg city center. I can fully recommend.

Excellent location, gorgeous apartment and the staff was very warm and hospitable.

Cons:

Die Fugen in der Dusche und die Fliesen waren dreckig. Der grosse Spiegen an der Badzimmertüre war auch nicht sauber. Dieser hatte Spritzer, die nicht weggewischt werden konnten. Das Brot war leider abgelaufen.
